They had gotten up at the crack of dawn. The farm mice that roamed the were there breakfast. Celestial had asked where Cerel and Thunder had been buried.
Sabretooth Rock? Why there?
she muttered to herself as they left the barn. They had set out awhile ago and were close enough to see the rock. "Their graves are marked with a flower each. A daffodil for Cerel and a lily for Thunder. The flowers may be dead, though, so keep your eyes open." That's what Ace had told her. The heat was unbearable and she needed something to drink, soon. I hate Greenleaf... she whined. [[sorry for pp-ing. crappy beginning]][/blockquote][/blockquote]

apocalypse Apocalypse had listened to the descriptions carefully, just in case Celestial forgot. The slim black tom padded beside his friend, his light amber eyes narrowed as he scanned the area. He could see the sharp point of the Sabretooth Rock up ahead. He shuddered. They were too close to Blood Cave for his liking. This place reeked of bad memories. Apocalypse caught Celestial's mutter and murmured in agreement. The heat was beating down on him. He was unused to such warmth. In Blood Cave it had been shady and cold. In MoonClan the tall trees had blocked out much of the light. Apocalypse shook himself irritably and padded on, until the sandy ground that surrounded the Sabretooth Rock scratched the pads of his paws.
He hung back. "This is the place," he mewed simply, ears pricked. He felt as though ghosts of his past, Blood, Vampire, Sin, Scythe, Rage and Ivy, where all brushing past him, whispering to him.

Celestial nodded, Yeah... Hey, there are the flowers!
She squeaked as she noticed the two very dead flowers laying on top of the soil. She sat down in front of the graves in vigil and respect for her family members. After about a half hour she stood up and walked back over to Apocalypse, a sad look on her face. Celestial looked up at him then looked past him. There was a black form walking toward them. The gray she-cat could tell the black cat was a femme by the silky way she moved. She cocked her head to the side and asked, Lypsey, who's that? Ivy The lean she-cat had been walking for how many days now? She had no idea where she was going or what she was doing. She didn't even think she could stop. Ivy looked up to see a small gray she-cat and a slightly taller black tom. She squinted, was that Apocalypse? Ivy shook her head, "Yeah, right."
She continued toward Sabretooth Rock and as she grew closer she started thinking maybe that was her brother. She picked up her pace toward the ashen stone. "Apocalypse?" she called questioningly.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

apocalypse Apocalypse hung back as Celestial spotted the dead flowers that marked the graves of her mother and brother. The black tom sat down, shifting his bound leg so that it was fairly comfortable. The loner watched as his friend's gaze switched from the graves to something else. Something in the distance. The tom frowned, a line appearing on his brow. Apocalypse's light amber eyes widened as Celestial asked him who the cat was. He had no idea... Did he? As the cat got closer, he recognized the swaying walk, the large, angular eyes the dark green of ivy.. No, it couldn't be. It couldn't be!
But it was. She said his name. She knew it. It was her. "Ivy!" the tom called, running down the short slope to join her. He touched noses with his sister, smiling widely. "I never thought I'd see you again! Where have you been all this time?"

She touched noses with her brother. "Oh, you know me, around... Bored out of my mind... Nothing to do," she put her paw up to her forehead and gasped dramatically, "Oh woe is me..."
Ivy smiled and set her paw back on the ground, "But seriously, it's been better than that damned Blood Cave." She shuddered at her memories then looked around Apcalypse. "Hey, brother, who's the she-cat?"
-----
She ran down the slope and appeared next to Apcalypse. The gray femme smiled, I'm Celestial. Lypsey and I are traveling together. We're gonna adventure around the world! She grinned prodded Apocalypse with a paw.

apocalypse Apocalypse smiled. Typical Ivy. She hadn;t even given him a proper explanation. But he knew better than to question her further. She had been 'around', and that was good enough for him. The black tom nodded in agreement, his expression souring at the mention of the cave he had grown up in. "Have you seen any of the others since?" he asked, delicately avoiding the subject of Vampire and Blood and instead changing the subject to their brothers. Apocalypse flicked his head in Celestial's direction, and opened his mouth to speak at his sister's enquiry, but shut it again as his friend beat him to it. The black tom flushed a little at her happy words. He knew Ivy to be a wry individual. Chances are she would playfully mock his relationship with Celestial.
"Yeah, this is Cellie, she's really cool," he mewed, smiling slightly. He waved his bound leg at Ivy. "She did this for me." It then hit him at his sister wouldn't know anything about his 'accident' on the Thunderpath. "One of those humans hit me in their..." He waved his tail experimentally. He had no idea what you called the thing he had been by. "...things."

Ivy glanced at Celestial and smiled in welcming. Then she looked at her brother with a sly expression on her face. "Who's this, your girlfriend?" she teased.

YOU SHOT HIM, YOU SHOT HIM. I KNOW I BLOODY DID. Zephyr___ //Sepia hues melted into the ground as the she-cat passed the rocks on each side of the path she was taking. Her paws cracked the earth beneath them, her claws digging into the dust at each step. She lifted her head, the near-four-year-old casting her gaze upon the two she-cats and the tom. Zephyr blinked when she saw Ivy. She's back? Heh She didn't comment on this however. Their chatter irritated her slightly, especially since they were about twenty or thirty moons younger than she.
"Nyx!" she barked out, turning her head to her little shadow. She jerked her head towards the trio. Zephyr disappeared behind a massive rock, curling her thick tail around her paws as she stared down at the smaller black she-cat.
"You've got a new assignment. I want you to attach yourself to that gray cat named Celestial and learn as much as you can from her. Report to me your findings. I'll give you seven sunsets." Her tail flickered. YOU SHOT HIM. YOU SHOT HIM.
MOVE, I'VE GOT TO GET THIS HID.

Nyx When you have no one, You reach for the corrupted Nyx followed Zephyr though the undergrowth. What they were doing for certain, she didn't know. She wasn't even sure if Zephyr was set on something. Either way, she was loyal to the end, and she wouldn't let her mentor down. The little she-cat almost bumped into the other when they came to a halt, but she quickly recovered and was at her side. The tuxedo's ears were pricked, intent on her instructions. At the last word, she nodded vigorously, a malicious grin plastered upon her visage. "Yes, Zephyr. I won't let you down." She purposefully placed herself upwind, trying to make herself seem somewhat unintelligent and non-threatening. Nyx then bumbled forward, tottering about like an uneducated kit. She stopped here and there to sniff at things, like a curious youngster. Then, pretending to have just noticed the other, she looked over at them before quickly turning her head. Her stance was suddenly bright, her tail waving back and forth. The rogue then bounded to join the group, a playful and innocent smile on her face. "Hi, hi, hi! Who're you?" she inquired happily. She surely had to have them going. Nyx was intent on trying her best, so she could impress Zephyr for once.[/blockquote]

apocalypse Apocalypse heard the kit before he saw it. He wrinkled his nose and showed his sharp white teeth. He hated kits. The kits in MoonClan, the clan he had breifly stayed in, had been severely irritating. Always asking to play, poking and prodding him when he was trying to figure out a way of escaping without being noticed. Since then he had despised all cats younger than six moons. The slim black tom narrowed his topaz eyes at the small cat heading towards them. Her words grated off his ears like claws. Apocalypse wanted to swat her away with a sheathed paw, but it seemed under the gaze of Ivy and Celestial, he'd better be patient.
"Nobody for you to worry about," he mewed warningly. "Run back to your mother, kit." The tom looked at the apparently innocent face a moment longer, then turned to look apologetically at Celestial. He hoped she qouldn't judge him on his one weakness.

Hey, be nice to the poor little thing! Out here all alone!
Celestial batted Apocalypse's shoulder like a stern mother. The she-cat lowered herself to the ground so she was at the cat's height. Hi there! I'm Celestial, that's Apocalypse, and that's Ivy, she pointed to them as she said their names. Me and Lypsey are traveling together. What's your name? ---x Ivy leered at the kit, she had to get out of here before they started dragging her along everywhere. "Y'know what, Apocalypse, I gotta go. I'll catch up with ya later. If you can't find me I'll find you." The she-cat licked her brother's cheek in goodbye and trotted off into the forest. There was no way she was gonna stick around to hear some kit whine, she hated them as much as her sibling does.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

[ooc]:// Nyx isn't really a kit. She's like, over six moons. She's just acting unintelligent, and she is sorta small for her age. ^^; [/blockquote] Nyx When you have no one, You reach for the corrupted Nyx's fake grin fell into a fake and just as convincing dejected frown. Her bottom lip was pushed out a little bit from Apocalyse's stern reply. Her currently pale yellow eyes hit the ground. "I don't have a mother..." she lied. Well, true, she didn't have a real mother that she could remember, but there was Quetzal and Zephyr. Either way, her voice sounded just as downcast as if she weren't playing this whole thing. Celestial's sweeter tone brightened her. Ah, forget about the tom. Her mission was to attach to the she-cat. A smile was painted upon her visage once more, and she began to bob a little. "I'm Nyx," she mewed, a hint of a purr in her voice. Zephyr surely had to be proud by now, right?[/blockquote]

// You have a lot planned for a kit that isn't even born yet, Kuri. xD apocalypse Apocalypse waved his tail absently as Ivy trotted away. He was pretty sure why his solitary sister had cleared off. She had always hated anything that was remotely whiny or annoying - meaning that she probably hated kits, too. The slim black tom eyed Celestial mutinously as she revealed pretty much everything about the both of them. Apocalypse he seen enough to know that you couldn't trust every cat you met. "She's not that small," he mewed gruffly. "She can take care of herself." The black tom's topaz eyes were filled with a sense of irrotation mixed with trying to get Celestial to understand his misgivings.
Apocalypse's black fur bristled slightly. He turned away. He knew he wasn't getting through to his friend. He had half a mind to stalk after Ivy. Apocalypse sqaured with shoulders and glanced at the cat named Nyx, and Celestisl.

[ Yeah... I guess it's because I'm excited or crazy. xD One of the two. I want him to go back to EclipseClan, though. :] Oh, and sorry for how random this post is. I really wanted to rolplay with her. ]I can't believe this, this can't be happening I'm being honest here, okay !
CALANTHE.
Four cats were outlined against a rock, the rock for that matter, (as every proper rogue or loner knew what Sabertooth Rock was) and if Calanthe had been any closer at the time she may have seen another she-cat disapeer behind one of the smaller boulders. The former SerenityClanner blinked, making sure what she was seeing was real and not just the heat playing tricks on her - but the image stayed clear, so she headed over to see what the fuss was about. She could use some allies now, with all the talk about a ghost-against-mortal battle at Jay's Hollow a number of moons ago.
Approaching slowly but getting in close enough to see who it was talking, she found all the cats to be much younger than herself, even to the point that one was little more than a kitten. Stretching, Calanthe realized that the tomcat had a gauze of some kind wrapped around his forepaw. If they faught, Calanthe could easily win with words and with strength, as far as she could tell.
"Hello," she meowed, stepping out from behind a rock with grace. "I didn't expect to see anyone here, young ones," she half-lied. True, she didn't think there would be anyone at Sabretooth Rock this time of year, but she wasn't surprised. Rogues often met here and some lived around the rock before moving on because a stronger cat came along. "And in all my wanderings, I have yet to meet any of you. Tell me, what are your names?" she smiled at them, like any cat seeking cats to come to her aid would do. Calanthe had many allies over the seasons, but it seemed as though at least one of these cats lived at the Rock year-round - the black she-cat with the green eyes looked fairly at home. Once she knew their names, she decided, that would be her next question. Free passage through Sabretooth Rock and the area around it could come in handy.
It might be just a game, but it's dangerous So I'll cut, I'll cut, I'll cut this out right now ! [/sup][/blockquote]

Celestial stared warily at the newcomer, her face hovering between a grim expression and a trheatening one. Her lip was twitching ready to curl and hiss. She didn't like this she-cat from the moment she started to speak. "My name's Celestial," she mewed stonily, edging closer to Apocalypse's flank. She pulled Nyx closer to her side, ready to protect her new-found family.
---
Ivy continued to walk away, her tail lashing at the gnats that tried to land on her. She blinked her green eyes and turned around to say one final good-bye to her brother. But when she did turn around another cat had joined them. Jeez, they're attracting cats like bees to honey,
she thought to herself, rolling her eyes.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

apocalypse Living with Vampire and Blood had taught Apocalypse one thing. Never forget to use your nose. The slim black tom scented Calanthe before she slipped into view. His black fur bristled. Another stranger. This had been a bad idea, coming here. As Celestial stepped back, so that she stood next to him again, the young tom pressed protectively against her. He wouldn't let anything happen to her. She was the first real friend he had ever had. Apocalypse's topaz eyes swept coldly over the newcomer. She wasn't like the smaller cat, Nyx. She was older, and looked as though she had had experience dealing with other cats before. Her voice was soft, but sent shivers down Apocalypse's spine. She was not to be trusted.
"Apocalypse," he mewed, seeing as Celestial had already introduced herself. The black tom narrowed his eyes at Calanthe. "What about you, stranger? What do you call yourself?"

Calanthe considered the notion of giving these strangers her real name. What harm could it be? Still, if they knew her name... it could come as a disadvantage later. On the other hand, if she lied to them and decided to tell the truth later on, they could easily get fed up with her. Working her mind like a set of gears, the ginger she-cat thought of a solution quickly.
"I'll tell you what," she meowed to Apocalypse, blinking at the wounded tomcat. She had to come off as sweet and kind as possible right now, as she could tell by the look in his eyes that he did not trust her one bit. She had come across cats like that before, cats who refused to trust anyone but themselves and their mates. But why wouldn't you want more allies, more cats to help when you need it? If she was alone Calanthe would have shook her head. Stupid toms. "I need a place to stay... my old paws are tired. Let me stay here whenever I please, and I will tell you my name." [/blockquote]

apocalypse The slim black tom narrowed his eyes at Calanthe. He could almost see through her eyes, as though they had been gouged out to reveal the cogs working in her skull. The loner did not trust this cat. She gave off an air of experience, as though she had dealt with situations like this before. And he didn't like it. He had come across cats like this before. Apocalypse thought about an answer to her question. If she had nothing at all to hide, why place stakes on her name? Apocalypse had quite readily given his. It meant nothing. He could be lying for all she knew. And he could tell by her expression that she did not think much of him, either. Well. That suited him.
"This land doesn't belong to us," he mewed cooly. "It is free land, neutral. Any cat can stay here." If this cat knew anything at all, she would know that Sabretooth Rock was an extremely dangerous place to stay. All kinds of cats came here at night.
