x__cinnabarcloud__x Hush now baby, don't you cry Rest your wings, my butterfly Peace will come to you in time And I will sing this lullaby "This troubles me. Ghostlystar does not know where to turn."
The nova of warm, orange-red light pulsated with each syllable. The nimbus sparked and suddenly burst into flame. The blaze licked the sky, stretching out like icicles or stalagmites. The fire soon dissapated, becoming phoenix-like wings that were fastened onto an equally-fiery tomcat.
Cinnabarcloud's frown was like a dark thunderhead hovering over him. His body warped between normal color and pure red. His wings flapped heatedly, almost incessantly. The descending mist of his inner thoughts whipped up at his motions.
He came to his massive paws, feathered like a Clydesdale. The former BrightClanner walked out of the mist caused by his concern, sighing heavily. "And it troubles me that we can do nothing." Cinnabarcloud touched a trunk of a rowan tree, his vibrant colors drastically different from his surroundings.

So still was the body that it seemed almost to be a shadow. The silver tabby raised his head, opening his narrow sunshine-yellow eyes as Cinnabarcloud spoke. Cinderwhisper unfurled his large wings with a sound like feet shifting through dried leaves. The lean tabby tom gave a great sigh, slender limbs bending slightly as he stood. Cinderwhisper turned his handsome head to peer at Cinnabarcloud, tail raised.
"Understandably," he mewed, his usually calm, serene tones troubled. The tom walked slowly to Cinnabarcloud's side, his pale silver-white pelt the very opposite of the tom's deep russet-red coat. They were opposite's, heat and cold, warmth and chill, but still thrust into the same harsh reality. Cinderwhisper's bright eyes rested breifly on the touched rowan, a tall scarlet tree. The silver tabby tom exhaled deeply, though without a sound. "BrightClan is in pieces. But in the end they will pull together." Cinderwhisper turned, lifting a paw to cup a shrivelled daisy that, the day before, had flourished.
"Or die."

x__cinnabarcloud__x Know though I must leave, my child That I would stay here by your side And if you wake before I'm gone Remember this sweet lullaby
Cinnabarcloud was not startled by Cinderwhisper's sudden appearance. His head turned slowly towards his Clanmate. "Should I urge them to go? They will see death either way. Head-on and it will bite them in the tail..." The auburn tomcat sighed softly and touched the nose of his white-haired friend.
"Such difficult decisions makes me understand why leaders are given nine lives. They'll need all of them if they want to get anything done," he remarked quietly. He removed his burgundy gaze from the rowan and continued on his way, folding his wings against his shoulders.
"Though I am glad Ghostlystar is supported by his Clan. We need everything to pull together for the fight to work properly."

Cinderwhisper's bright eyes remained on the daisy for a moment, before he sadly let it be. The silver tabby turned back to Cinnabarcloud, his tail raised slightly. "Ghostlystar will decide what is right in his own mind," he murmured. Cinderwhisper unfurled his large, pale wings slightly, letting the breeze whisper against the silky feathers. The slim tom blinked, peering at the sky through the treetops.
"He will not go against the wills of BrightClan. He knows that in order to thrive, they need unity."

x__cinnabarcloud__x And all love through darkness Don't you ever stop believing With love forlorn With love, you'll find your way My love
"Ah, yes, you are right," Cinnabarcloud agreed with his friend. The large tom leapt up onto a mossy fallen log, resting his fiery paws upon the damp wood. He looked saddened for a moment. "I feel a pang in my heart. Flaxpaw needs me." He turned his head upward, letting a faint ray of sunshine hit him between the eyes. Cinnabarcloud then turned to Cinderwhisper. "Summon the others here, if you please. I was not pleased with that Gathering." He slowly came to his paws and leapt into the sky, flame-like wings exploding him into the air.
