Okay, I know lots of you had ides for a new plot after the Tribe of Nightmares one has finished [which it very nearly has.] So I'd like you to post one idea [your best one] here. When everybody who want's to [you don't have to post one] has posted their idea, then I'll make a poll and we'll all vote. =D Okay? So, post away!
My idea...
Everything is peaceful. The Tribe has gone. The clans of the Black River Forest have buried their dead, and many new kits have been born. All is well. But one night, the medicine cat's each recieve a dream. A dream with a simple message. The darkness is coming. The medicine cat's do not understand this dream. After a while, they dismiss it. But for one young medicine cat, who clings to the dream, believing it and attempting to convince her fellows that it is true. One morning, the clans wake up. And the world is pitch black. The sun has been swallowed by a great eclipse. After a moon or so, the forest is in chaos. Cats begin to go mad with terror. These cats eventually die, and drag down their families with them.
Strange things begin to happen. MoonClan disappear without a trace. CloudClan disband, filled with terror. BrightClan and SerenityClan form a double resistance, and seige EclipseClan, blaming them for the eclipse. But a band of cats, a few from each clan, form a resustance. They believe that the eclipse is not a curse, and is harmless. They are only dying because of their fear.
Will this rebel group manage to convince the clans? Or will chaos reign forever?
Characters Needed
The medicine cat who believed the dream. Members of the rebel group.

Well I like your idea, Shade, but when I was down at Kee's house we thought of something. I don't really have a plot, but the main idea is that the admins and the plot helper people only know what's going to happen. And the admins give out clues to the members, much like when your reading the book so it would be secretive and there could be discussions on what people think is going on? It would make the plot much more enjoyable if members had to work together to see if their assumptions were correct or not.
Now we just need a plot that could work with this if people like Kee and I's idea.

Corby-san told me to post this idea up...
What if some sort of illness went through Black River Clans, something no medicine cat can ever recall hearing of or experiencing. This presents a problem, now with many infected cat's there's a cure that needs to be found. So maybe...the medicane cats or their apprentices will have to work together somehow to find one...maybe they need to travel...or I dont actually know...was a random idea...

I've got a massive novel for you guys.
Newleaf is here, and it means that it is the time for rain. However, the rains seemed to be going out of control. One night, one medicine cat is on their way to bed when he/she looks towards the sky. A comet streaks across the sky, and that night, it rains so hard that the Black River Forest floods. The medicine cat tells their leader, and, after communing with StarClan, the two are told to seek out the new moon. The two are confused but obey. They end up coming upon a pure-white tomkit with a black spot upon his brow. Following the Warrior Code, they take him home. In a dream, StarClan confirms that this tomkit is the new moon but the leader wakes up before the dream is finished. Another kit spies on the leader while he/she is talking with the medicine cat about the dream and when the leader mentions that the tomkit will need a guardian or friend while he is in the Clan, the spying kit instantly comes forward to volunteer. Though reprimanded for eavesdropping, the leader eventually agrees that the kit should be the tomkit's friend.
So the tom grows up in the Clan and weird things start happening. The other Clans begin to have a drought while the home Clan is getting a lot of rain, similar to the nights when they first found the tom, who is now an apprentice by the name of Lunarpaw. The home Clan has sent out warriors to find out what's going on, and at the Gathering, one of other leaders reveals a legend about the moon cycles. Seeing that Lunarpaw is at the Gathering, mild chaos ensues as that leader declares that Lunarpaw is one of the legendary moons and that he is the cause for this drought. That leader threatens to declare war and remove Lunarpaw by force if his home Clan does not return him to where he belongs to restore balance to the world.
The home Clan decides that they should be the one to return Lunarpaw back to wherever he came from [as he already feels awkward and is made fun of in the Clan] but the issue is that he doesn't know where he came from. The medicine cat tells Lunarpaw and his guardian (the spying kit from before) about a tower in the west and that that is where the two should go. However, for some reason, after they have left, the drought is getting worse, spreading to more areas than just Black River Forest, and there are some areas where life is completely gone. At that point, one apprentice sneaks out to find Lunarpaw and his friend, where they are notified about the issue. It's at that point that they run into some danger and are saved by a loner named Nightwish. Nightwish is extremely intelligent and knows a lot about the moon legend, so she joins their party. It is Nightwish who discovers the reason behind the drought: the moons--Lunarpaw being one of them--are being removed from their stations.
It is revealed that Lunarpaw is actually the incarnation of the new moon, and that he should never be removed from the Solstice Sky--the tower were he was born and where it is said that the new moon hides when it is not its time in the sky. There are two small towers like the Solstice Sky--the Foggy Spire for the crescent moon and the Ivory Tooth for the half moon--before the biggest one: the Hallowed Hall of the full moon. Nightwish knows that the Foggy Spire is closer to where they are than the Solstice Sky so they decide to go there. They are just in time to watch a large ginger tom attempt to kidnap the incarnate of the crescent moon: a pretty silver she-cat with a black crescent moon on her head. Nightwish and the tom fight, but she is defeated and the tom makes off with the she-cat. Nightwish, Lunarpaw, and the guardian are determined to save the half moon before the ginger tom does. You find out that Nightwish and the ginger tom are acquainted with each other, but before Lunarpaw can ask, Nightwish distracts them with another topic. They decide to go to the Ivory Tooth.
Nightwish reveals that the ginger tom--his name being Ayden--is actually not from Black River. Ayden is actually a renegade cat from beyond the mountains, ex-leader of a group of cats called the Moonwatchers. When asked how she knows this, Nightwish tells them that she was Ayden's second-in-command and she chose to chase him down because she knew he would interfere with their gods. The Moonwatchers worship Lunarpaw and his kin. Lunarpaw and his guardian agree to stop Ayden from taking the moons. Meeting up with the half moon at the Ivory Tooth and explaining what is going on, Lunarpaw, said guardian, the half moon, and Nightwish decide to set up a trap. However, Nightwish wants to inact it along, because she along knows Ayden and she wants a rematch. Later on, Nightwish severely wounds Ayden in the legs, making it impossible for him to walk. They rescue the crescent moon and prevent the renegade from taking the half moon, thus saving the day.
The next day, Nightwish tells Lunarpaw and the guardian that she's going to take Ayden back to the Moonwatchers for judgment. However, just as the three moons and the guardian say goodbye, Nightwish and five cats leap out and pin them, revealing that everything was both a trap and a lie.
The moons and the guardian wake up in a den guarded heavily by Nightwish's cronies. Ayden is also there, ignoring the ones that have basically led him in this mess. However, the guardian gets Ayden to talk, and you find out that it was actually Nightwish who wants to kill off the moons and install her as the new goddess to sate her megalomaniac fetishes. Ayden knew this--and was to be executed on false charges by Nightwish and her loyalists--but he escaped them and ran to the Forest to steal away the moons before Nightwish killed them. Ayden tells the moons and the guardian that they have to make it to the Hallowed Hall before Nightwish does. If the full moon is killed, then the world will fall into darkness.
However, they need an ally. Ayden and the group beat past the cronies and end up running to an old friend of his, a she-cat shaman named India. After talking to Lunarpaw and the other moons, she leads them to the Hallowed Hall, but they are stopped by Nightwish and her cronies from before. India shows them another way while defending them from Nightwish, and the group escapes, racing up to the top to find the full moon. They see him sleeping on a stone table, peacefully tending to his duties as the last one for balance. Three little pedestals are arranged around him, and instinctively, the three moons go to sit there. However, at that moment, a wounded Nightwish arrives, having injured India and made her getaway to stop Ayden & Co. from awakening the full moon. She leaps over them and attempts to grab the tom, when suddenly, the moon outside shines red on them, and the full moon awakens in a berserk rage at being tainted. In a show of unimaginable strength, he tosses Nightwish aside like a sack of potatoes and then attacks Ayden & Crew.
After a long battle, they subdue the moon with the help of the other moons, and he awakens from his defensive rage, thanking the team. The guardian explains what all has happened, and the full moon's incarnate uses his powers to return the Forest back to normal. After thanking the team, he gives them each a star that will lead Ayden home and the guardian home. The guardian starts to leave, but then pauses, gesturing for Lunarpaw to follow. It is at that point that Lunarpaw tells the guardian what India has said, that he can never return home or else the drought will begin once more. The guardian and Lunarpaw have a teary moment and then the guardian goes home, back to his/her Clan where every damage has been healed.

Aurrie your plot reminds me of so many things put together. xD It's good, but... almost 70% of it is out-of-Clan. Know what I mean? It's mostly a journey, just like the last one was. (Even though it's still amazing... ._____.)
So. Sorry if I wasn't supposed to post my opinion here. Just commenting. ^____^

True. At least there wouldn't be dead bodies lying everywhere like ToN. ;-;

Exactly. At least with my plot, it's nature and stuff that's dying. I mean, kits and elders might die and all but that's life. It's not a holocaust like with the ToN

Well I think it's a good plot! Cats die, it's a fact of life. Not necessarily many cats have to die with this plot, I think. I dunno.

While I was rummaging through the other plot thread I came across this, it's posted by Kuri...
OMG PLOT EXPANSION ON CORB'S IDEA!
The symbols in the cave were put there by ancient cats, but each one stands for something in the Clan's future or past - a fire symbolizing Chaosfire's reign, a ghost for the rise and fall of the Tribe. The cats of the patrol don't get it at first, but one or two keep visiting the cave. Eventually they figure out what the symbols mean and see something in the future of the Clans, although they're not quite sure what it is - or if it's a good thing or a bad thing. They show their leader but because the markings are little more then faint, time-worn claw marks that only seem to make pictures for a select few cats, they're cast off as nothing but a coincidence.
The best part about this idea is that we can lead into any plot from here - Shade's, one of Aurora's or anyone elses. :3 Please tell me if this won't work... xD
EDIT: And the symbols don't just appear out of thin air... they were put don long ago by some cats. o___o
We could expand this idea if anyone has an idea. Also alot of people probably are saying 'This plot is alot like the Warriors Series Plot' but most of the plots people come up with are kinda related to the Warrior Cat plots. Ex: The flood in WinterClans relates to the cats having to move and search for a new home. Rogues and Loners coming into the forest is like Bloodclan.
And now for my last idea, not a plot, but a board. I think maybe we should have an 'Adminstrator Board' where the admins can discuss things. Like if we go with my story plot idea, this is where the admins can discuss what's going to happen next. Now I'm going to guess people are going to think I'm using this idea so I can be in the admin board, but I'll even not go into the admin board to make this fair.
*thinks of a plot idea* I'll try coming up with something original...All of mine are based off of something =/

Edit: Swapping plot idea.
There are some new Rouges around, big, huge, rough brutes that love to fight, its the only thing they know. They escaped from the twoleg place where they were forced to fight, like dog fighting, but this was cat fighting. They meet some other rogues who tell them about the clans and what would happen if they crossed paths, but instead of taking caution, they take it as a welcome mat. A few rogues enter Clan territories just for the fun of it but soon find out that the Clans fight in groups, so the rogues start catnapping some warriors and apprentices.
The catnapped cats are taken to a type of 'prison' thats really an old abandoned twoleg shed that has a few bails of hay inside of it with some scrawny mice. Its small and made of metal so there are no ways out of it except for the entrance which is alway keep on guard. Every night, two or three prisoners are forced to fight a few rogues. If they don't they are killed.
The Clans start to blame each other for the disappearances and fights break out, but soon some loners or rogues who don't approve of this fighting confess everything to the Clans, thing is will the Clans be able to band together in time, or are the captured cats doomed?
Auditions The fighting rogues Normal Rogues and Loners The confessing Loners Captured cats Need some of the captured to die Need the rest of the captured to be severely injured

I has an idea for a plot. : D
Okay, so there's this small group of cats that the Clans have never heard of. A tribe or another clan of some sort. They worship two dead cats that possess the titles of king and queen. [Think of a pharoah and his queen.] These two have given each member of the group special powers, including the ability to occupy another body of any sorts. Unfortunately for them, all the females have died off, so there are only males, and no kits to continue on the legacy. The leader sends off a young tom in search of females to bring back to the group so that they may continue on. The tom wanders for some moons until he comes across the Clans. Delighted to have found so many able bodies, he inhabits an unwilling female and takes her back to the group. The leader is delighted, and sends more males off to take hold of females.
The Clans start noticing the mass disapearances, and search to no avail.
Soon, the group gets the idea to take males too, because they knew it would take a while for the new kits to grow up. So toms start to dissapear, too.
The Clans grow desperate, and blame each other for the disapearances. Only a few cats from each clan have the common sense to avoid the commotion, and do some investigating on their own. When those cats discover a couple of special cats coming into camp and leaving as clanners, they follow the cat back to his camp. They go back and report what they saw, but no one listens, except for one clan leader. He/She sends a patrol to find this camp, and they find exactly what the cats had said. The clan tries to persuade the other clans. It takes some time, and some more patrols, but then all the Clans come together to figure out how to stop the group.
needed. 10-15 male cats for the offending group. 1 tom from the group to search for the females. 5-10 females willing to disapear. [haha] 5-10 toms willing to disapear. 4-6 clan cats that band together to discover what's really going on. 1 clan to believe first. names for everything! ha.
I thought of this after reading The Host by Stephenie Meyer :] Unfortunately, I could not think of an ending. :3 So this is kind of open-ended. Does anybody have any ideas on what would be a good ending?
