Dainty looked at her mum and scowled. " I wasnt and she jumped on me and it hurt!" she moaned and climbed up her dads back until she was resting her tiny head between his ears.

Tala purred breifly in amusement. "Maybe your not so lucky." She flicked the two little she-kit's lightly with her tail. "Stop bugging your mother, you two." At Cream's question, Tala looked at her paws. "Nothing happened." |

Dainty scowled at all the adults in turn. She tottered off, muttering to herself and she went to find a sunny patch to lie down. She found a warm bit of grass and lay down with a sigh.

"Me and Sentres argued at bit, that's all," mewed Tala, desperation creeping into her tone. She really did not want to talk about her relationship with Sentres at the moment, especially when she herself did not know where she stood with him. |

Dainty (listening in as usual) trotted over to the cats and asked "Whos Sentres?" . She looked at them all innocently with her big eyes.

Dainty sat down, now really confused. "How come you dont like him as much as Mum and Dad? Was he bad?" the little kit asked, looking at Tala with unblinking eyes.

Bic: Cream sighed inwardly. Her friend would tell her if she was ready, she supposed. 'Dainty, don't be so nosy.' she said, and flicked her tail.
Coffee opened his mouth in a large yawn, showing lots of pointy teeth. He angled his ears towards a patch of bushes and sprang into them suddenly. He came out batting a mouse, chasing it over the lawn. He pounced and killed it. He trotted back over to the group and dropped it by Tala. 'For you.' he said, sensing that the she cat needed cheering up. |

"Oh... Thanks." Tala mewed. She began to eat the prey quietly. It was at least a small diversion from all the questions. She soon finihed the mouse and licked her lips. She buried the bones hastily, not wanting to look rude in front of her friends. |

Cream stretched out, wondering if her friend would tell her about she and Sentres later.
Belle ran up to Dainty. 'Hello.' she said, batting her sisters tail with her fluffy little paw. |

Dainty scowled at her mum. "I was just wondering" she grumbled. She sprang round when she saw Belle and pounced on to her sisters back. She squealed and rolled over, batting at Belle with her paws.

Dainty yowled and and rolled over onto her tummy. This dislodged her sister from her back and she pounced on top of her before she could stand up. " No im better!" she mewed happily.

Belle rolled around on the ground, as if trying to put out a fire, which made Dainty let go of her. She then hung on to the scruff of her sisters neck, pointy teeth meeting the loose folds her mother used to carry them. 'Ha!' came the muffled triumph from the kit. |

Dainty kicked out with her back legs sending her sister flying. She winced slightly as Belles teeth were torn from her skin but then turned round and scampered over to her sister. "You were saying? she giggled sitting down to wash her chest.

Dainty ran after her sister, skidding to a stop next to the hole. She looked around, took a deep breath and burrowed through it. She turned and waited for her sister. "C'mon Belle!" she mewed excitedly.

Belle ran straight through the hole, and stood beside her sister. She saw a hard, black material in front of her, and sniffed it. It smelled horrible. She pawed it a little, it was sticky and warm. 'Whta's this?' she asked her sister. |
