Phantomlight was heading towards the Cascade Rocks. He wasn't very sure about his deputy position. So he waltzed down the path, and tripped. What he didn't know was a couple centimeters away was a cliff. He got up and slipped again, plummeting downward. Landing on a sharp rock, Phantomlight's body was punctured by the rock, blood gushed spewed everywhere. Yowling in pain, Phantomlight let out his last words, "I LUFF JOO SCARLETPETAL!" And died. In the end Phantomlight had multiple wounds, his spine cracked open, broken legs, and his stomach had fallen out.

That was his funny death : D. This is his real death post made by Fireh because she offered.
Phantomlight’s lithe figure padded down to the Cascade Rocks, shaking his head. He had been deputy for a couple of moons, but yet he still wasn’t sure about his position. He lay down at the edge of the river and dangled his paws into it, hoping he could think. But the crashing of the water stirred his thoughts, so he stood and padded farther away from the water, to sit under a tree. As he sat down, he thought about when Fernpelt chose him for deputy. She made a mistake. He told himself silently, shaking his head.
He was fed up with himself. He stubbornly told himself he could take the position, but he knew he wasn’t ready. Phantomlight turned his head to look at the rocks again, and remembered finding out that Amethyststar had died there. Maybe that’s how he should go, cruelly taken away from the world. He stood and took a step forward, but backed away, shaking his head, telling himself that he was being stupid.
So he started to walk. As he padded along, a slight drizzle began to fall on him, making his fur slick. He began to walk carefully, as the bank he was walking along was growing slippery. His paw shot out from him suddenly, and he gasped. But he fixed himself quickly, and padded along again, carefully.
As he walked, he looked at the river again. The rain had picked up, and already the river was a quarter of a mouse tail higher. He took a step farther away, and slipped again. But this time he couldn’t catch himself, and slid into the river at full speed.
Starclan help me! He shrieked as his head went under. His paws floundered in front of him, trying to paddle to the shore. But he couldn’t. The wind had picked up when the rain began to fall, and now a strong current was yanking him down the river.
Finally, his head broke the surface, and he managed to grasp another breath, before he was plunged under once more. A forepaw struck a hefty rock, and it began to throb. But that was the least of his worries. A black tide began to form over his eyes, and he knew he had a slim chance of getting out alive. Suddenly, the current slowed, and he pulled his up from under the water. He had time to take a couple of breaths, before he turned his head and saw death staring him in the face.
The waterfall was looming in front of him, and suddenly he flew over the side, being cruelly launched down the waterfall to the awaiting teeth of rocks at the end. He knew this was his end. There was no way out of this. So he hollered the only thing that came to mind. Scarletpetal, I love you! Were his last words before his body hit the rocks with a sickening thud. As he felt his life ebb away, he saw the rocks all around him. He knew he was dying. He looked up, and saw a beam of sunlight break through the rain clouds, and shine down on him. He looked up at it, took one final, struggling breath, and fell limp. Phantomlight was dead.
