Sunheart
Sunheart's ginger body had drifted out of EclipseClan towards the Cascade Rocks. She felt really bad for treating Corbynpaw like that, but half of her held contempt for the apprentice. He had no right to act like that. She sighed heavily and wished she wasn't friendless. She was too shy to ask someone at camp to go on Patrol with her, so she had gone out herself. No one else was really interested.
The ginger Rex padded along cheerily along the rocks, sniffing and marking out the EclipseClan scent. Nothing suspicious in EclipseClan at the moment. A rogue scent had been floating around, but Sunheart had no leads and the scent had vanished into MoonClan.

A lilacy brown and white she-cat walked dreamily along Cascade Rocks. Her ears flicked as she heard another cat and then recognised Sunheart. Petaldance padded over to the ginger Rex. "Hey Sunheart" she said shyly, smiling at the other she-cat. "What are you doing?" she asked softly, licking a paw and drawing it over an ear. [/center][/color] |

Sunheart's tawny eyes blinked and she turned her daydreamy gaze to another she-cat. "Oh, hello, Petaldance!" she said cheerily, waving her small tail towards the warrior. "I'm patrolling a bit. What are you doing here?" She shifted her weight with a smile.

Petaldance smiled at Sunheart. "Oh nothing really, i just came for a walk really. I was going to hunt a bit though but i could join you in patrolling?" she said quietly, her soft voice like a gentle breeze. Petaldances voice was always soft, making everyone around her feel calmer. Her lilac-blue eyes blinked questionally as she waited for Sunhearts reply.[/color]

"I...of course!" Sunheart said, wishing her voice didn't squeak at the end of her sentence. She swallowed her shyness and smiled hesitantly, gesturing to the path. "I haven't scented anything yet, but I just needed to get away from the Clan." Her tone seemed downcast. "I felt really bad calling Corbynpaw out like that, but he shouldn't have been hissing at Fernpelt like that..." The ginger she-cat glanced up at the other. "Do you think I did the right thing?"

Petaldance smiled at Sunheart, totally understanding her shyness as she was quiet as well. She listened to what Sunheart was saying and nodded. "Yeas, i think you did, Corbynpaw is so rude to his elders he just has no respect at all" she said, shaking her head as she thought of the unfriendly apprentice. "Especially to the Clan Deptuy too, he should feel lucky to have Fernpelt as his mentor" she added, walking along beside the ginger rex she-cat.[/color]

Sunheart nodded eagerly. "Fernpelt's really nice and a really good warrior too," she beamed, wagging her little tail. She felt like an apprentice again, being so small compared to Petaldance. She felt like she could be really good friends with the she-cat. "I heard rumors that Amethyststar was going to talk to StarClan. Were you chosen?" She needed to deflect the conversation away from focussing on her. She wasn't really worthy of that anyway.

"No i didnt even know she was going. I wonder who she will take though" Petaldance said, smiling as she realized the difference in height between the two of them. She continued to walk along the border. "Shall we head back soon? Fernpelt will be in charge i think, she might want us both to do something" she said, smiling at Sunheart. She felt really comfortable with the ginger Rex, she hoped mabye one day they could be good friends.[/color]

"Oh, yes, of course!" Sunheart said, nodding until she felt her head would pop off. She felt embarrassed for a moment, but she felt like Petaldance would overlook that. That's what good friends were for, right?
The pug-nosed she-cat nodded and turned towards EclipseClan. "Hopefully she takes Corbynpaw. He'll be out of our fur that way," she said, letting out a tiny giggle.

Petaldance nodded and giggled too. "Yeah, bliss" she said smiling. She trotted forwards. "Lets get going then" she said, and began trotting back to camp, next to Sunheart. Today had been a good day. Petaldance now knew she had somebody she could trust and turn to if she needed help. With a smile she continued on until they were almost at camp.
