To draw Crowpaw I need a smaller piece of paper turned the wide way since this kitty is long. Alrighty, so first when you are doing the outline of him, make sure he is very very long and thin. Give him that lanky look that makes you think he is starving, don't worry, he isn't. His thick fur will cover that. His neck is also long and thin and his head, don't make it big, is wedge shaped with medium sized pointed ears. They are usually back, but not against his skull. Now his legs aren't very long but they are very thin, like his body, and they look extremely weak, like they can barely even hold up his body. His tail is long but it looks short compared to his body. It's as thin as a stick under his fur.

I keep talking about his fur? Well I guess I do. You probably are interested for some information about drawing it, eh? Well it's long and makes him look normal size and not skinny like his is below the fur. It's shaggy and usually not well-kept but when it is, it makes him look lithe and fast and its awfully shiny. Its really not because of its length but because of its color. It's really a unique color, or shall I say it, two colors so maybe to pictures are needed. Oh don't groan! Anyway, in the day time during a sunny warm day, its a very dark brown color that blends in with the forest and at night when you are able to see him, or on a rainy cloudy day, his looks as black as black as the night itself. There is only one contrasting color that lines his fur and that is a small round plop of white on his chest.

The eyes you say? Oh dear me, I almost forgot! They are the icing on the cake and you'll need them to bring some life to this piece. Especially, these eyes. The bright color contrasts so much against his dark fur that if you don't draw them right you have the whole piece wrong. So listen closely. His orbs are a dazzling bright golden yellow that sparkle in the sun and glow in the dark of night. They stick out so much against his dark fur that sometimes, you don't even notice that in the sun, his fur isn't black like his mostly looks, but dark brown. That is how bright they are. And now, you may begin drawing. And remember, he looks dangerous but in a handsome way.

As a young kit, Crowpaw was quiet and never played with his sisters unless his foster mother forced him to have some fun in his life and when he played, he pleaded the she-kits to let him be the Loner that hunts, eats, and sleeps and never disrupts the Clan. His sisters didn't care if he was and he just watched them play from his quiet little corner. As an apprentice, he trained well and his soft-spoken mentor never raised his voice or took away his quiet side. So he stayed that way through apprenticeship. Many cats did not trust him because no one understands him but his sister Troutpaw, who he is extremely close to. His other sister, Maplepaw, is one he could care less about but Troutpaw understands him and trusts him. Even though he us hard to trust, he is loyal to EclipseClan. So loyal that he would risk his life for Amethyststar and for Troutpaw. Deep down under his quiet side, he is mysterious and able to see through lies easily. He is able to look into the eyes of a cat or listen to their quivering voice to see if they are lying. He hold grudges to those that lie to him, and many cats in EclipseClan do lie to him. No one understands him and for this, he acts like a loner and sits and watches his world panic and fall apart, until there is nothing left.

xx happily ever after?
Ever hear of a love triangle? Well in this kitty's past, you get to hear about one. Peaceful? Not really.. Anyway... Twilightstealth met Flamethoughts and they fell in love but then they started fighting, like all other couples fight. You know where I am going with this... So Twilightstealth went off with another tom named Darkscowl. She fell in love with him, mated, and before long, was pregnant with four kits. When Flamethoughts came to apologize, she told both toms she was pregnant and they both left her to kit on her own. Shortly after four young healthy kits were born, Flamethoughts came and killed Twilightstealth as well as Darkscowl. He then committed suicide. Well pleasant story so far.

Soon things quieted down, and Crowkit, Sunflowerkit, Maplekit, and Troutkit were taken in by Couragesteps who's mate, Chalkpelt, had recently lost her litter of kits. Luckily for them, Chalkpelt was full of milk and they were nursed until they became of age. At their sixth year, they were apprentices, each with there own mentor and proud to be where they were but Sunflowerpaw was killed when she got her neck caught in a bear trap. Maplepaw didn't care all that much and neither did Crowpaw because Sunflowerpaw would always tease him and torture him. Troutpaw was the only one who actually shed a tear in this episode but they continue on with training like nothing ever happened and Crowpaw hopes to be the best he can be, and maybe make some friends along the way.
