Sorrowpaw looked at Icepaw in surprise "No, they just went hunting erlier today." When the meeting was done Sorrowpaw heard Icepaws joking remark. He flicked her ear before turning to his sister "No, I dont think that at all. I want to become as good of a warrior as you!". Sorrowpaw smiled "When do I start my training?"

Mudfur laughed at her brothers reply "We'll start tomarrow so I sugjest you get some rest". Mudfur looked around for Heavysand.

Sorrowpaw nodded and went to sit next to Icepaw "Who do you think Mudfurs looking for?" Sorrowpaw was very curious to know of who it was. He looked to his sister and back at Icepaw worridly.

Icepaw looked up at Highfrost "When will my trianing start?" Icepaw just ignored Sorrowpaw because she knew Mudfur had been looking for Heavysand.

^{Highfrost shrugged. "Whenever you're ready to start," the brown and black tom said. "We'll be training hard. I won't go easy on you." He grinned at that.}

Saintcalling heard Shadowprowler's call and the tuxedo tom turned with an elegant dip of his head. "Oh nothing major," he said, his voice like that of a morning wind. "I was just worried about you, since, you know, Liralily and Jaguarstrike were hit by Monsters. I've been rather spazzy lately. If anyone is late nowadays, I seem to think they've been hit too." His eyes turned sheepish.[/sup][/color]

Sorrowpaw grunted when Icepaw ignored his question. He went over to Mudfur "Who are you looking for?" Sorrowpaw didnt want his sister to snap at him but asked any way.

Mudfur looked at her brother "Go get some rest, we're starting early in the morning". She was annoyed by her brothers question, why would he want to know of who I was looking for?

Heavysand had not noticed Mudfur beckoning to him until late. His eyes shot wide in embarrassment and he padded over to her. "Hey, congrats!" he mewed. "It's great you get to be a mentor."

Shardpaw stepped forward and nodded on cue. He still wasn't sure what was wrong with Sorrowfrost. He made a mental note to go ask Grieverstone later. He was going to have to be ready for it. Shardpaw had taking much of a liking to his mentor.[/center][/size][/size]

"Thanks, It will be fun training my own brother". Mudfur smiled at Heavysand. She enjoyed hunting with him today, Mudfur walked over to the fresh kill pile and took a mouse. She wasnt very hungry, she nibbled on the mouse. The sorrow came back to her eyes, Soulfur should have got Sorrowpaw and not me. She missed her brother dearly.

Icepaw was happy that her metor wasn't going to go easy on her. "I will let you decide when my trianing starts, I mean you are the mentor." Icepaw smiled. Icepaw couldn't stop looking at Sorrowpaw well she was talking to her mentor.

Spectreflame looked up, noticing Shardpaw. She felt a pang hit her heart. The grey apprentice had not had much training since Sorrowfrost had been infected by Greencough. "Hey, Shardpaw," she called, using her voice to beckon her foster brother as she knew he would not be able to see her. "Are you alright?" she asked, her eyes anxious. She wanted to make sure Shardpaw was well trained and taken care of; Pearlblade had been distraught at Selenekit's disappearance, and she did not want another episode like that. But not just that; she cared about Shardpaw.

Ravenpaw lifted her head. "Hullo, Shardpaw," she mewed. Her jealousy had long evaporated; she didn't care anymore that her brother had been given to the deputy to train. Maybe if I hadn't been jealous, Shakenleaf would've died... Maybe it was a punishment... Ravenpaw shut her eyes and hung her head. Maybe Jaguarstrike's death was a punishment, too. I'm condemning everyone I love to death.

Shardpaw's blind gaze turned towards Spectreflame in instinctive response to her call. "Hello, and yes I'm fine." He turned his head again at his foster sister's greeting. "Hi." He felt waves of sadness pouring out of her like the blood of a cat who'd been killed by a dog. "Are you okay?"

Shadowprowler smiled at his friend. 'Well, thanks.' he said, then remembered he was going hunting. 'Hey, I said I was going hunting with Darkmagic in a little while, so I'll talk to you later, okay?' he said.

[SHADE. :D]

"I..." Ravenpaw looked at her paws, not wanting to look into Shardpaw's blind eyes. Though she knew they were sightless, they made her feel slightly uncomfortable, as though he were reading her, page by page, like a book... "Yes, I'm fine," she mewed, trying to sound brisk, but failing. Her voice just sounded more miserable than ever. "I just miss him, that's all," she mewed, voice quavering a little. "Don't you w-worry..."

Darkmagic watched Shadowprowler walk away towards Saintcalling. She sat still for a minute, trying to work out the whirlwind of thoughts flying round her head but she couldnt. With a sigh she trotted over to Shadowprowler and Saintcalling. "Hey Saintcalling" she said to the tom, touching him lightly with her tail. She looked at Shadowprowler with hazel eyes. "When would you like to go hunting?" she asked, wrapping her tail around her paws.

Brokenheart looked at the sky and decided that she better go now before it rained. "I am going to go out for a while now. See you later Wovenknot" she rasped to her friend and made her way to the entrance. She looked round the camp when she got there and hobbled out and into MoonClan territory.

Saintcalling swallowed a lump in his throat and twitched his tail mutely towards Darkmagic, turning away hastily to Heavysand. "You feel like patrolling?" he asked gruffly, wanting anything to be away from the tuxedo she-cat before he blurted out something randomly.

Ooc: Guys, if this is confusing, read 'Rain for the Brokenhearted'. It's Brokenheart's death scene. So Fallenleaf (from CC) was coming to see Brokenheart, her only firend, and found her dead.

Bic: Fallenleaf emerged from the undergrowth, dragging Brokenheart's body behind her. She did not stop until she got to the center of the clearing. Then she put down her friend gently. 'Cats of MoonClan!' she yowled, her voice cracked and dry. 'i was taking a walk along the CloudClan border when I heard your elder coughing quite badly. I am sorry for crossing your border, but it is Clan courtesy in my eyes, and I would have wanted it for myself. It turns out that Brokenheart and I were quite good friends, and I will miss her dearly.' Fallenleaf broke off, and lowered her head, tears dribbling down her cheeks.

Darkmagic jumped around as the CloudClan cat entered. She listened to her and gasped in shock. The rain was easing off now, only a little shower fell. She padded slowly over to Brokenheart and put her muzzle into the she-cats fur. 'May StarClan be with you' she said with her thoughts and then backed away so others could grieve for the elder. She sat down and looked at her paws. This was not a good time for MoonClab.

Mudfur looked up to see the Cloudclan cat and Darkmagic over Brockenhearts body. Mudfur got up and and ran over to them, leaving her meal behind. She didnt know the elder that much but she felt like she did. Mudfur buried her muzzle into the she-cats fur, she wanted the comfort of someone. She walked over to Darkmagic and set her tail on her shoulder to try to comfort her.

[FIREH!!]

Firestar bounded down from the Raven's Ledge and motioned to Spectreflame. She sat a ways away.

Orochipaw snuck up behind Ravenpaw. He extended a paw in comforting and meowed, "Don't worry. He's in a better place." He dipped his head.

ooc: Eh Fireh Brokenheart just died and Firestar hasnt even noticed lol

Darkmagic smiled weakly at Mudfur before standing up. She looked around for the tom she needed but she couldnt see Shadowprowler now. She headed over to sit somewhere alone and kept looking around for Shadowprowler.

Shadowprowler had seen the CloudClan cat bring their elder through the entrance. He would mourn for her. He looked around for Darkmagic, and when he spotted her he padded up to her and brushed his pelt against hers. 'May StarClan light her path.' he said quietly motioning at Brokenheart.

Mudfur walked back over to her fresh kill so the others could grieve over the elder. She played in with her food a little bit and nibbled at it.

Bic:// Sorrowpaw looked at his sister then at the dead elder. He was hurt, should he comfort Mudfur or sit in respect for Brockenheart. Sorrowpaw was frustrated, he padded over to the dead elder and decided to see his sister after. Sorrowpaw bowed his head, he wondered where Icepaw was. He shook his head as a tear ran down his cheek. Why was he crying? Sorrowpaw was really confused.

Darkmagic looked up as Shadowprowler came over and rubbed her cheek against his as he sat down beside her. She felt better with his big form beside her, he seemed to shield her against the sadness that was attacking her. "I cant believe it.....What is happening to MoonClan? Nothing seems to be going right" she whispered, shaking her head sadly.

"I suppose," Heavysand mewed to Saintcalling. He'd not spoken much to him before.

Shardpaw looked sympathetically at Ravenpaw, though it was hard to see it in his eyes. "I understand how it feels to have someone close to you die."

Shadowprowler nuzzled the she-cat gently. 'Everything'll sort itself out soon. Everything happens for a reason.' he whispered in her ear.

[SHADE. :D]

Wovenknot nodded and waved off Brokenheart with her tail, smiling. Maybe later she would ask the elder to tell her a tale of the anicent times... She'd always enjoyed the stories... Suddenly CloudClan scent flooded her nostrils and Wovenknot hissed, this causing her to cough and splutter violently. After the fit eventually subsided, the grey tabby listened to what the CloudClan elder was saying, her breath coming in wheezes. "No!" Wovenknot felt tears spring to her eyes. "No!" Wovenknot ran forward, knocking into Sorrowpaw as she went. The kindly she-cat would usaully have apologized, but she was blinded by greif. "No, Brokenheart, no..." she sobbed into the elder's patchy fur. "I should've been there, I should've been there to help..." Raising her head, she let out a wail. "Brokenheart!"

Spectreflame gave Ravenpaw a last sympathetic lick. She had noticed Firestar beckoning her. The white warrior flicked Shardpaw's nose affectionately with her tail tip before trotting over to her leader. The presence of the CloudClanner distrcted Spectreflame breifly. "Oh, that's horrible," she mewed under her breath, eyes wide and distressed. She had not known Brokenheart very well but she was upset about the elderly she-cat's death and worried that the same might happen to others.

Ravenpaw turned to look at Orochipaw, slightly surprised. She had never really spoken to the other apprentice. She gave the tom a tiny nod in return, hoping her gratitude reflected in her eyes, though they were devoid of all but greif. Twisting back around, she watched Spectreflame trot away and pricked up her ears to listen to Shardpaw. She then ducked her head again. "I'm sorry," Ravenpaw mewed. "I... Well, I didn't forget, but... Sorry." She finished slightly lamely, her paws scuffling the earth.

[FIREH!!]

Midnightsky followed the Cloudclan elder in, carrying a part of Brokenheart. He lay down his side and sat with his tail wrapped around his paws.

Firestar looked at Spectreflame. Then, she realized Brokenheart had died. "Oh Brokenheart..." She moaned. Then she looked back at Spectreflame. It was hard to choose the right words. "Spectreflame, you seem to have a nice bond with Shardpaw... And you seem like you deserve an apprentice... So I want you to take over the part of training I was going to do with him." She ducked her head.

Orochipaw gave a little smile to the she-cat, and sat next to her. "Are you okay? Because you can talk to me whenever you want..." He told her quietly.

Shardpaw gave a weak smile. "Oh, that's alright." He sat with his tail wrapped round his paws. Suddenly he stood back up again, focusing on something unseen. "Someone's here, not of MoonClan," he mewed.

A muscular but weak silver tom slunk through the trees. His paws and tail-tip were painted in white, along with his muzzle. He felt like he wanted to give up, just lay down and die. But he couldn't. He couldn't lose that last life. No, he had to find his son. He had to find his son. He had to find Shardpaw.

That hurricane, so many moons ago, had devasted him and his Clan. He and his family were the only to survive. He was the really lucky one, though. His leadership and last eight lives kept him alive, and he was left with four after the journey to this forest. He lost three by the time he arrived, but had been keeping this one up with the discovery of prey.

Frozenstar looked up to see a somewhat enclosed structure built of forest materials. It reminded the retired leader of his camp. Then it hit him. Could this be...another Clan camp? He made his way through the entrance, looking around in suprise. It was a camp! But there was one real question.

Was Shardpaw there?
