Darkmagic Her eyes opened slowly in the new light, blinking as she took in her surroundings. And the first thing she heard, she felt, was something so foreign, so strange it made her feel almost like she wanted to cry out.
The voices had gone. The endless chanting in her head, the endless cycle of voices that just kept going and going, on and on, never relenting, never stopping, never ending. They had stopped.
With a great gasp the air came out of her mouth as Darkmagic stood up, glancing warily around her. She had died, she remembered. She had been hit by a monster when she tried to get to Shadowprowler. At the thought of her deceased mate her hazel eyes swivveled around, looking. The two had been with her. Where had they gone?
"Shadowprowler? Saintcalling?" she called out, shrinking away from the vast emptiness before her. [/sub]

spectreflame Whilst most of the guardians of StarClan chose to fly to their destinations, Spectreflame did not. She did not want to forget the feeling of the wind in her fur, the strain of her muscles pulling as she ran. Her long, snowy white streamed out as she loped across the plains to meet the newcomer. Her heart thudded with excertion and fear. Who was it now? It made her fearful, and that was a hard feat to achieve. The hardy warrioress looked far different than she had on the day she had been killed. Her fur was clean of blood, her slashes and bites disappeared. But her pride still flared inside of her. She had killed Tamerlane. She had defended the camp. She had protected her kits. But she had also left them parentless.
She skidded to a stop, shoving away the thoughts of her babies. She watched them every day, so much so that she had forgot to watch her mother. It had been such a shock, that day when she had met Pearlblade in StarClan. Her mother had joined her in death. Spectreflame thought back to reconciling with her beloved Crestedfire, and her twin brother Chaosdance. Her sharp ice blue eyes suddenly caught the black and white shape ahead. She sifted through the possibilities. Viridianpaw. Dawntale. Darkmagic...? Yes. It was Darkmagic. The depressed queen who had lost both her mates and had been sinking further down ever since.
Spectreflame padded to her forner clanmate, her gaze severe as ever. Her wings, which shone with a pale wash of duck-egg blue in the light, were outstretched as she dipped her head. "Welcome to StarClan, Darkmagic."
