Pearlsheen was named for her looks. Her fur is a ivory color, with an odd condition. In bright sunlight, if you stare at her fur, you can notice tiny rainbows in each hair. It's quite weird, and you can only notice it up close. But this makes her fur kind of like a pearl. [Pearls have the same condition.]
Pearlsheen's eyes are violet colored. She has a medium build, not many muscles. She steps with small paws. Her fur is medium length.
how I act;
Pearlsheen is a quiet cat. She tends to stay in the shadows. She is friendly, though, with most of the clan. She does have a bright, loud side. She only exposes it around her neice and nephew, Northkit and Eastkit. She romps around with them, because she knows about their short, tragic history. Nonetheless, she enjoys her occasional romp, so can have a short break from her usual quiet self, even if only for one hour a day.[/blockquote][/color]my past;
Pearlsheen was born to her mother, Ambergaze. Her father, named Branch, had an affair with Ambergaze for a short while. After she had kits, though, he never showed his face around the Clans' territory again. This left Ambergaze brokenhearted, and a few times she neglected Pearlsheen and her siblings. But mostly she was loved, because her mother always thought Branch would come back. [These thoughts were kept between kit and mother. Otherwise, Ambergaze would have been hated in the clan, more than she had been.]
Sadly, when the kits became apprentices, Ambergaze finally gave up her hopes for Branch, and commited suicide by throwing herself into the river. Pearlsheen had been hyper as a kit, like her sister, Opal, but after this incident she lost her hyper attitude and became a quiet cat.
After that, her brother, Rockpaw, was killed when he and his mentor had a run-in with a fox while hunting. The mentor had some minor injuries, but had more fighting ability, of course. And Rockpaw never made it back, because the fox must've hungry, and carried Rockpaw's body away to it's den. This also made a dent in Pearlsheen's history, but she was braver this time.
And when she and her two other siblings became warriors, Opalstone, her sister, changed her name to Opal and ran away to become a loner. Opal declared that having to live under someone else's rule was ruining her freedom and her dramatic nature. Pearlsheen shrugged at this, and she knew that this is what was best for Opal. Honestly, they hadn't gotten along much after their mother's death anyway.
After so many traumatic events in her life, she was glad to settle into the routine of her warrior duties. About a year later, her brother, Feralstripes, became mates with an older she-cat named Lilyfeather. They had four kits, and Pearlsheen was happy to be in their lives. But she oftened noticed that they fawned mostly over one she-kit, called Northkit. The other three kits were left in the back of the nursery, hungry and neglected. She often tried to talk to Lilyfeather to get her to stop ignoring the other kits. Eventually, two of the kits died, leaving Northkit and Eastkit alive but malnorished and weak. But the mother still ignored her even after the deaths and made Pearlsheen stay away from her and the kits. Feralstipes would talk to her, and apologize for his mate's behavior, but she never accepted his apologies. After a while, he stopped talking to her, too.
Then, when the kits were three moons old, both Feralstripes and Lilyfeather were killed. Whom or what did no one knows, but since she was the one to discover it, she knew that the fight had been vicious. But she wasn't all the sorry to see them go, after how they acted towards the kits.
Pearlsheen then stepped back into the kit's lives, and called upon another queen to help with the kits. Her name was Flowermist. She had helped with the twp remaining kits beforehand, and was happy to help. But then she wanted to find whom had killed the parents, so she left the clan and never returned. Pearlsheen then took over the care of the kits. And still, she does, until they become apprentices.my family;mother; Ambergaze deceased
