Looks: Crestedfire is a tom who is big, kind of bulky like his father and his mother before him. Most cats would hopefully think twice before taking this feline on. Scars mark past battles; He has scarred legs and chest. His pelt is mostly a light orange color and cremy plus darker orange stripes. Light white cream paws touch the earth when he walks. Muscles ripple hard and scare those in his way. He has small tufted white ears. Amber eyes pierce through those who he is looking at. They just seem to stare on. His tail is ringed and long like his legs. He was named Crestedfire because the hair on top of his head seems to always be standing up.
Actions: This tom is a gentle giant. He is a comical bumpkin who is really sweet even though he doesn't have the most common sense of everyone in his Clan. He is shy, but will not hesitate to defend his friends (the ones he does have are usually kits or apprentices). Crestedfire isn't much for romance, and he's really blunt. He doesn't like crowds much. Even though he is handsome, he doesn't think highly of himself. He likes stories and friendship. He doesn't like it when cats fight, but when he gets angry, the fires of StarClan seem to rain down. His eyes glow in battlefury and he will kill unless he can be stopped. He has become more forward and less shy since he's been around Spectreflame though.
Past: Crestedkit grew up in MoonClan, though his father had been a rogue. He inherited his battlefury from him. He was a very apologetic bumbling kit and apprentice that was never very bright, but got along with younger cats. Most of his fellow apprentices made fun of him. His mother was Mistheart who cared for him protectively, and he didn't know his father, Kestrel. He has always been shy unless it's towards a kit. He became Crestedpaw against his mother's will and soon Crestedfire for his rage in battle. Crestedfire has always been very quiet and loyal unless with his friends.
When Crestedfire was about three years old, a rogue named Chaosfire attacked his Clan, sending everything into havoc and disposing of Firestar, and one of her minions killed a friend of his, Highfrost. He slowly deteriorated in such rage that he flew blindly at Chaosfire in a suicidal onslaught. He was not killed though. Suddenly, Firestar returned with cats and reconquered MoonClan. Crestedfire saved Firestar's life by attacking Chaosfire when Firestar's back was turned and driving Chaosfire out of the Clan. Firestar was very grateful to him and he had earned her deepmost trust. During this battle, he started to realize his feelings for a fierce white she-cat named Spectreflame. After hunting with her later (after receiving an apprentice named Icepaw, who had been mentored by Highfrost before), he confessed his feelings towards her.
Some moons later, a new deputy was named, Wovenknot, and MoonClan was plunged into battle with a haunting Tribe of Nightmares alongside EclipseClan, CloudClan, and SerenityClan. Crestedfire fought valiantly, ignoring his own wounds as he fell into the bloodwrath state. The crazed tom was so numb to agony that he nearly fell into shock when he came out of his madness at BrightClan camp, for BrightClan had come and saved them. He stayed by Spectreflame dutifully, and kept the Clan out of chaos, directing it with his powerful voice and take-charge attitude that had been gifted to him thanks to the she-cat he loved.
