Scarletpaw rose from her nest in the apprentices den. She shook herself and bits of moss came lying off her ginger striped pelt. She stretched and walked out into the sunshine. She looked around the camp for Brokenpromise, her mentor, and wondered if he was going to do some warrior training with her today. She couldn't see him so she went up to the fresh kill pile and took a chaffinch. She settled herself in a shady corner of camp to eat it. |

ooc; -glares at shade- She never told me Brokenpromise had an apprentice! 
"Eat quickly,"came a low growl from inside the warrior's den which was so close to the fresh-kill pile. A light tabby tom appeared from the den, his forest green eyes dark as usual. Pawstep by pawstep, he came from the den and into the light. His pelt shown. He looked around for Autumnwreath. But his appentice was there and he did have to train her. Sighing, he padded to the fresh-kill pile and picked a small mouse for himself. He began to tear at it a eat it quickly. |

Brokenpromise took a large bite of the prey and meowed,"I'll show you the borders and Clan territories. Maybe if there's time I will teach you how to hunt,"he meowed emotionessly and took another bite of the prey. |

Brokenpromise smirked but said nothing at first. He was too busy chewing. He finally lifted his head and pushed the bones away from him to be buried later. He smiled now, hiding his laughter. "I'm sure,"he meowed and stood. |
