Rain, It tortures me. My father named me, My father ruined me.
Raincatcher
Raincatcher was agitated. He was thinknig about his siblings in Brightclan. Was Windystorm hurting them right now? He had no idea. It bugged him that he couldn't help them. He only had one option. Go to Fernpelt and tell her about the kits. Maybe she could help. But, what if she couldn't? Oh, Wavedancer could help! He wanted to smack himself. It should have been obvious.
Raincatcher padded to the Warrior's den. He looked around inside, then called out, 'Wavedancer? You there?' He hoped that she would answer. He backed out of the warrior's den and went to sit by the freshkill pile. Hopefully she would come out soon. [/blockquote]

-{Wavedancer}- The Leopard fur she-cat had been asleep in the den, dreams danced around in her head like lint in the wind. Suddenly her dreams were interrupted as a voice called her name. She knew who it was but she wasn't leaving the den until her fur was smoothed down and she knew that her brother knew it too, so she settled down to lick her fur until it was smooth and clean.
Finally after taking her time she stepped out of the den and paused to look over the camp until she finally laid her eyes on Raincatcher and he looked a little agitated. Her ears went flat on her head as she knew it might have been bad for her to take too long. She walked over to him and paused only to grab a mouse. "Do you have any news, brother?"

Raincatcher
Raincatcher chuckled as Wavedancer came out, looking a bit upset. 'Don't worry, remember, I'm not Windystorm!' He guessed what she was thinking.
Raincatcher leaned over and picked up a small squirrel. He laid it down in front of him, but didn't eat it. 'Well, not news exactly, but I was wondering if we should talk to Fernpelt. She might be able to help us with our little problem.' He wondered if she thought that it was a good idea. 'Maybe we should meet up with one of the apprentices and talk to them and tell them to go to Ghostlystar, or go tell Ghostlystar ourselves.' He wondered out loud. It was a good idea, informing the leaders, but what would they do about it? Not much, probably. They're in two seperate clans, we might not be able to help them. He realized with a jolt. -{Wavedancer}- The she-cat took a bite of her mouse so she could think before answering. Her mind started thinking on everything that there leaders could really do and in truth there was nothing they could do. Finally she shook her head and looked back at Raincatcher.
"I don't think we should tell the leader anything. If we do there is a chance that Fernpelt won't let us help them, even if they are kin. She might tell us that its none of our business anyway and question our loyalty to the Clan." She shook her head a second time, even though the leaders help would be welcomed, they couldn't risk it This might be their only chance. "We're going to have to do this ourselves and only tell others if we can trust them."

Rain, It tortures me. My father named me, My father ruined me.
Raincatcher
Raincatcher looked for a moment as though he wanted to argue, then nodded wearily. 'I suppose that you're right. I still think that we should help them. I- I haven't told you this, but I've been meeting Vinepaw in secret. I just couldn't let them go on without knowing what was going on!' The look of exasperation crossed the tom's mottled face. He was truly worried about his other siblings.
'We have to go meet up with them. I can't remember if you've met them or not, but I usually meet Vinepaw every half-moon at Twilight to talk to her. She updates me about what's going on. We're meeting tonight, actually, if you want to come. Maybe she'll bring Eveningpaw or one of the others. Would you like to come?' Once his secret was out, there was no taking it back. He could trust Wavedancer, though. She had been through so much with him, so she deserved to know the truth about where he went at that odd hour every moon. [/blockquote]

-{Wavedancer}- Wavedancer listened to her brother without interrupting but her ears were flattened down the whole time. She knew he was going to do something, but she had hoped that it wouldn't be so soon and that he would have come to her before starting it all. She took another bite of her mouse and waited for him to finish.
"I'm not mad at you for wanting to help our brothers and sisters but did you even think this through?" Her words may have been harsh but her voice was soft and quiet, like a mother talking to her kits. She placed her tail on his shoulder. "I know that we have to help them but you need to be careful. That monster has to be keeping his eye on them and if he suspects anything you know what he'll do."
She finally finished up her mouse in one last gulp. "I'll come with you tonight but we must warn them to be careful."
