The dark tom's red eyes darkened as he lifted his head to the clouds above him. They were dark and dismal. He smiled. He watched the clans every minute, his eyes so bloodthirsty you'd think he'd live off of it. But no. He does this for pleasure. He watches the cats die, and snatches their souls from StarClan faster than they can catch him. Now, a queen in EclipseClan is dying. How heroic. Her kits don't die, but she does. Well, she'll wish she'd never died, now... He chuckled, his ivory fangs glowing in the stormy weather. The thunderheads and lightning that never left. They comforted him, in that sick way.
Tear my life into pieces
Sablestar watched Lonelyheart suffer, the other cats around her panicking. Another cat found a medicine cat to help, but it was too late. He smiled. The she-cat's mate was frantic. The medicine cat was desperate not to lose her. Alas, Sablestar would not lose this time. Lonelyheart took her last breath as the last kit left her womb.
This is my last resort
She was his, now. As she ascended into his realm, he watched the medicine cat realize her failure, the mate lose his mind, and the apprentice cat lose her nerve. As if she'd known the queen was dying. This was just getting good. Sablestar couldn't stop kneadning his bloodied claws in the clouds, watching the lightning flash around him.
Don't give a **** if you're breathing
Finally, she was here. He felt it. She had to be. She'd died. Sablestar began to doubt himself, began to doubt he'd seen what he'd seen. He'd wait. He'd be here when she arrived. If she arrived. He'd snatched her with his mind, which always was the way he'd done it. He was beginning to get nervous, but kept his strange eyes unreadable. He stopped kneading his claws and concentrated on drawing the soul of Lonelyheart to him.
This is my last resort

There was a gentle breathing sound, echoing in the skies. A black she-cat stepped gracefully from the shadows, her once-green eyes slit with scarlet. She approached her leader cautiously, maw slightly open, long ebony tail flicking daintily from side to side. The she-cat stopped beside Sablestar, watching as he tugged at Lonelyheart's spirit, as he had done with her's. Except she had already been deceased - already dead. She had been one powerful cat living - but still crafty and deadly in death. That was what had been the attraction. And now Shadestar, once the feared leader of EclipseClan, was a minion pf the Tribe.
"Sablestar..."

Suffocation, no breathing
Sablestar turned swiftly to face the dangerous, charasmatic she-cat. "Shadestar. What do you need?" In his own sick way, he respected her. She had been a wonderfully cunning cat in life. She'd have been such a perfect partner, not only in crime but in love. It was too late for such things, and he still grieved for his late she-cat.
This is my last resort.[/center]

[at the end of the world .]
Shadestar smirked, her lips twisting into a sick kind of grin. "JUst observing." Her voice, once so commanding, but never quite warm, was now stiff and coldly calculating. Her eyes swivelled the place where she stood, her tail flicking from side to side rythmitically. She had no memory of Razorstar, or Wolfwing, or any of her many offspring. Not even Amethyststar, the strongest of her children, or her grandchildren, and great-grand-children... Shadestar was not an old she-cat - middled-aged, but her eyes showed wisdom far beyond her years. Wisdom now twisted by the Tribe's cruel ways.

Sablestar grinned back at her, his smile that of mild satisfaction. "Alright, but keep quiet, I'm concentrating." He commanded her, like his apprentice. He closed his eyes again, drawing the lonely spirit towards him with the power bestowed in him. When he'd done all he could, he look at Shadestar, his eyes reflecting the bleeding she-cat as she had died; Lonelyheart would certainly show up in camp soon.

[you are never coming home .]
Shadestar fell silent, sitting down and curling her long tail around her small black paws. Her eyes were fixed on Sablestar as he drew Lonelyhart towards him. In her twisted mind, she didn't understand why Sablestar wanted Lonelyheart. She was weak; hoping that if she cried sympathy would reach her, not even being strong enough to bring her kits into the world. Shadestar held Sablestar's gaze challengingly when he turned to look at her, neither blinking nor looking awat.
[never coming home could i? should i?]

[Don'tQuestionMeBeCauseYouDoubtMyLove]
Sablestar blinked, breaking the trance between the two cats, and turned to completely face Shadestar, his eyes losing thier misty translucence, and beginnning to glint. "I don't take souls for their strength only, Shadestar. The look in your eyes betrayed what you were thinking. I take any soul I can, for any soul StarClan doesn't get is a good thing, for both of us. Any soul taken from them creates more power, wether a strong or weak soul, a kit's or a full grown leader's soul." He twitched a whisker smugly, deciding he'd forced understanding into the she-cat's thoughts."When she arrives you may take her back to camp with me." This, of course, was a huge honor. This was usually only his job, but he'd decided he could trust Shadestar as much as to go with him. Alone would be another question and something only for a deputy to do.

[and all the things that you never ever told me .]
Shadestar twitched a shoulder in acknowledgement of Sablestar's words. "Very well." The she-cat sat down, her shoulders tense as she waited for Lonelyheart to appear. She still considered the snivelling queen weak.

A bright orb of red appeared before Sablestar. It glowed bright for a moment before it disspeared a blink later. A worn-looking white she-cat stood up. Her white fur was speckled with blood, from the birthing. Her muscles tensed as she surveyed the clearing. This was no Starclan. It couldn't be. She looked down at her chest. The heart shaped patch now had a shakey line down the middle of it. Of course. Her heart had been broken three times now. She looked up at the two cats in front to her. One was a black she-cat, the other a dark tom. She looked past them to see a bleak landscape with lightning and thunder shattering the air. For a moment her eyes turned scarlet before turning back to their deep blue hue. She gave both cats an angry look.
What is this place? Where am I? Who are you?
Her voice was thick with anger and confusion. [/sup][/color]

[he bends and he breaks .]
Shadestar rounded on Lonelyheart, bristling. She wondered if the queen would recognize her former leadr. "How dare you speak to the cheif of our Tribe in this waY!" Her voice was a spit of fury and contempt. This cat knew nothing. How stupud she was.

Lonelyheart didn't back down to the she-cat's angry words. She shot them both another look of confusion.
Leader? Tribe? What are you talking about?
She looked at the she-cat's dark fur..... It reminded her of someone else.....
Are you not Shadestar, former leader of Eclispeclan? [/sup][/color]

[Ah,ButDoYouImpose?YourWorldWillImplode]
Sablestar merely laughed at Shadestar's bristled fury, and twitched his tail to silence her. He turned to Lonelyheart, his eyes smoldering. "Welcome, Lonelyheart. You have died. I should think you have gathered that. Were you expecting StarClan, then? A shining vortex ; a sparkling utopia? No, Clancat. This is the Tribe of Nightmares. I am the leader, Sablestar. You are now a member of this tribe." He stared into her eyes, standing and stalking over to her with a confident poise. "That is Shadestar, yes. A prized possession in the tribe, and not one to be messing with, to be honest." He focused on lnelyheart's puzzled gaze, beginning to brainwash her. She would soon not remember anything about her former life. He began to distract her with more small talk, grinning all the while and circling her." Honestly, considering you are new here, I wouldn't mess with anyone. You may be dead, but I can do much worse to you here than anything could have in your life. So I suggest you obey me when I speak. Is this clear?"

Lonelyheart narrowed her gaze supiciously. So. No Starclan. Instead, a Tribe. Huh. Well, it things couldn't get worse, could they? Her gaze followed Sablestar's, which was a mistake. She thought about what he said. He was practically forcing her to follow him. Well, she had been an independent cat her whole life. Why should this 'leader' suddenly take charge of her-
But wait a minute. Life would be easier down here following him, she thought. She didn't feel like striking it out on her own again, anyway. The picture of Sablestar's gaze was burning into her mind. Her claws dug into the ground. Everything she knew from being alive was being sucked from her mind. Except for one thing. Hatred. Only memories of hatred surfaced. Like how she got cheated on from her first mate. And how Cormorantstar 'broke up' with her. She had almost killed him then. She wished she had. Her eyes flickered with a scarlet flame. Her muscles were tensed. Her body wasn't hers anymore.
Yes. It is clear. [/color][/sup]

Shadestar bristled, lifting her lip at Lonelyheart's tone. Her fur flattened when Sablestar began to speak, but her green eyes still showed fury. She lifted her chin proudly as Sablestar spoke of her. When Lonelyheart answered, Shadestar gave a quiet hiss. Good, she thought. She had chosen not to trifle with Sablestar. Shadestar took to eying Lonelyheart with a grudging annoyance.

Lonelyheart whipped her head around to Shadestar. She could tell that the she-cat didn't like her. Well. She gave her a scarlet stare before turning back to Sablestar. [/sup][/color]

Finally you see that you belong to me
Sablestar couldn't stop smiling. He nodded at Shadestar and lifted his chin at the new arrival, showing her the signal to follow him and Shadestar back to camp. He had brainwashed the she-cat succsessfully. Strange things he had seen in her mind, surely all imagined. Right?
I Can toy with You and Break you if I want to, I will Do what I will Do
He had seen her former mate, who had betrayed her for another she-cat. He had seen Commorantstar, who had left her. He had seen Razortoumb. He had seen the kits. But he left only one thing he found very appatizing to this she-cat: Her past was full of pure and undying hatred. She would be quite a loyal follower, he was sure. He began the walk back to camp, having a sick confidence the two would trail after him on his command. He smiled to himself one last time before becoming serious. This was going Oh-So-well.
And What I do is Not of Matter, You don't Care about Anything Anymore [/center]

Lonelyheart followed Sablestar with her gaze. She finally stood up and began to walk after him. Her usual quiet, quick walk had turned into a swagger. She stopped for a moment. What was there to be proud about? She shook her head. How could she possiblely think like that? Sablestar was here. What could be better than being under his command? Earth surely hadn't. Her life had been horrible there. But a new beginning was dawning for her. Now her only hope was to maybe fall in Sablestar's favor, and everything would be set. [/sup][/color]

Shadestar let out a thin hiss, thrusting herself in place behind Sablestar. She felt stingingly annoyed. She was used to her cats obeying her. Lonelyheart had been a mere kit when she had ruled EclipseClan. But she would never disobey Sablestar; he was her master. She followed the dark tabby tom, like a helpless puppet, with Sablestar holding firmly onto her strings.
