ooc/// Reserved for Table Fort, but others can join if you please =) And sorry if I'm making an extra thread, when something else is going on =/ Oh, I could hide neath the wings Of the bluebird as she sings. The six O'Clock alarm would never ring. Once it rings and I rise, Wipe the sleep out of my eyes. My shavin razors cold and it stings.
The moon, oh so bright it was that night, was spilling it's gaze upon Cloudclan camp. All was peaceful nothing but the harmonic song of a nightingale. It had a heartsick tune to it, but it also made you cheerful, in an odd way. It sat there tweeting away in the night, stars twinkling above, and a cool breeze soared across the horizon. The twilight sky blue and black made it seem like a wonderful winter night.
The soft raven colored shape of Blackrose stirred in the warriors den. She had been dreaming of her good friend Abyssflame. They were out strolling along the beach at night. The waves were splashing against the granite rocks, their paw prints embedding on the wet sand, and two black tails intertwined. It was the perfect night and she didn't want it to stop. But she had woken. Unable to go back to sleep, she tiptoed out of the warriors den, not waking her tired den mates and decided to think on her favorite boulder, just outside the camp dwellings.
Blackrose plopped down on the boulder, what she called, The Aurora Stone, and thought. Do I have more than just friendly feelings for Abyssflame? Cheer up, sleepy jean. Oh, what can it mean. To a daydream believer And a homecoming queen.

Abyssflame blinked his eyes and sighed. He was having an aweful time trying to sleep and felt hyper enough to run circles around the whole forest. He sighed again as he stood to his paws and exited the Warrior's den, being careful not to wake anyone. When he was younger, he'd always wake everyone up on purpose just for the heck of it. He found it amusing how the cats would bicker and hiss at him just for waking them. Abyssflame kept doing so until they started doing that to him when he slept sometimes mid-day. He then found it quite wise to stop then, less he wanted to never sleep good again.
Abyssflame's eyes stared at the stars of Silverpelt above. Oh how brightly they shined! He remembered how he and Blackrose used to stargaze hour after hour, discussing their day, their hopes and dreams for the future, even some of their dreams from the previous night.
Nostalgia took over as he started recalling more and more memories of Blackrose and himself as kits, apprentices, and even their times now as Warriors. Only when he saw Blackrose herself did he snap out of his trance.
Now what is she doing up? He wondered, as he started pawing his way towards her. Perhaps she's had a bit of trouble sleeping herself?
Abyssflame stopped a few fox lenghths away from the beautiful black she-cat and studied her. The moon reclecting off her coat made her fur a shiny silver color, glistening all over. And how it made her eyes sparkle, he observed.
He silently debated wrether to stay where he was and simply watch her or to go up to her and see how she was and such, since they hadn't had time to spend with eachother that day. If she notices me, I'll talk with her, he decided, as he sat patiently watching Blackrose.

Her black pelt gleamed brightly, the moon shining upon her and the camp. Cloudclan camp was filled with an overwhelming bright light. It made Blackrose rather jumpy as she slid down from her perch. Oh she wished to go out into the forest, the cool wind ruffling her fur. But she knew she couldn't. Blackrose sighed, her soul dared her to go into the territory and just run around free as a bird. She stared up at the moon and guessed it would be hours till sunhigh, but an eerie feelings of being watched soaked her. Blackrose craned her head to check and see if anyone was there. Abyssflame! She almost called out, but catching herself before yelling, Blackrose coaxed Abyssflame to come over to the rock.

Abyssflame nodded at Blackrose and started pawing towards her. While his shoulders were usually firm and his head held high in a superior stance, right now he was limp and relaxed, his tail dragging behind him on the ground lightly. There was something diffrent about Blackrose than the rest of the cats, and he knew that he could let his guard down around her and only her. No masks. No mirrors. No need to give off the biggest egotistial vibe a cat could possibly give off. Just.... him.
"Hello, Blackrose." He meowed quietly as he sat beside her. "How are you tonight?"

Blackrose grinned, whenever Abyssflame is alone with her all of his cold heartedness dies and a new cat, a friendly and caring one appears. Blackrose’s tail wrapped around her and she purred, “I’m good.” Her golden eyes shone brightly contrasting with the dark background of the forest in the night. “Oh!” She whispered to the black tom, “Look at the shooting star!” The small star shot across the midnight sky. It reminded her of a bird soaring high above. Her memory sparked and she started to tell a tale, “ My grandfather used to tell me a story about how the falling stars were sending down messages to medicine cats, leaders, or just their living kin.” She sighed then chuckled, “I know it sounds stupid and all but I was only a kit, I believed him…” Blackrose trailed off, “Maybe I still do though.”

Abyssflame was half tempted to protest how stupid that idea was, but stopped himself just in time.
"Yes, I suppose that's possible." He mummbled, staring up at the sky. "I was never told that as a kit, so I'd have to take more consideration in those words before I agreed now."
He hoped he didn't come across as a stiff jerk by saying that, he was merely being honest.
"Anyways..." He offered, attempting to change the subject, "Anything of intrest happen today?"

Blackrose purred contently, she knew Abyssflame thought it was a silly idea. How sweet. He wasn't being his boisterous self he was being... friendly. "Nothing really. I am debating on going off into the night." She jumped up catching a feather that floated by. Blackrose grinned and padded over to sit next to Abyssflame, "We should go exploring tomorrow!" Blackrose was getting goosebumps just thinking about all the unexplored places they could find. And she'd be with her friend Abyssflame.

"Hmm... sounds.... entertaining." Abyssflame purred. Everything in him was screaming to be a huge jackass and make a tough exit, but he kept the voice stilled. He wouldn't be disrespectful to Blackrose, he just wouldn't.
"Anyways, I'd love to go with you. What time tommorow?" He meowed, swiping at a leaf that floated over his head. -----
SEE? YOU CAN'T FAIL MORE THAN J. YOU JUST CAN'T. AND I WASN'T EVEN TRYING TO FAIL. D:

"Moonhigh, when everyone is asleep." Blackrose meowed with pleasure. She yawned and looked into the night sky. She was growing tired but she forced herself to stay awake and stay out in the night with Abyssflame. That wasn't hard though. The calm breeze ruffled her pelt. It was so relaxing she may have just wanted to fall asleep on the rocks. Again the nightingale's song of melancholy. The sweet music filled her ears. A irrelevant question pooped into her mind, "Abyssflame? Why do you act so pompous around the other cats...but when around me all of that leaves?"
