Yewchime is a delicate female under all that hair, built more for flight like a cormorant or swimming like a dolphin more than running like a bear. She is strong, though, in her own way, but we’ll save the best for last. Her body curves elegantly, as if shaped by a waterfall’s passing. She’s unique and exquisite, dedicated to a body that seems overbearing compared to what she is. She is small, true, but she is young and will blossom into a willowy being in time. However, we are digressing. Let’s get to the point.
Yewchime’s body stays sturdy on tiny, pink-padded paws. Here, slivers of starlight band together in the form of ivory for her claws that are hidden within her paws. No way are her limbs titanic. They are lissome, extending from paw to shoulder and hip in firm, athletic joints that beg for use in another field such as flying or swimming, but no, they got stuck with walking and here they shall stay. Yewchime’s limbs attach to a firm set of shoulders and her pelvis, which are both aligned with her slender spine that also elongates to her, rather short, tail.
In the other direction, however, her spine leads to a graceful, queenly neck. Placed upon this pedestal is a regal, rounded face with a button-like muzzle that ends in a pink nose that has a tiny speck of black on its corner pocket. Rimmed in black are her eyes, wide and round as lighthouse beacons, that are a mysterious shade of blue-green. The outermost circle is light-green and the innermost is a sort of teal-ish tone, almost the color of a catalpa leaf.
Yewchime is a pretty cute she-cat, I suppose. She’s a long-haired tabby with fluffy fur, wispy on her chest and tail and more compact on the bulk of her body. She is a combination of white, mixed shades of orange, and even some gray hairs mixed in with the brown. Her sturdy chest, belly, muzzle, paws and collar are colored white, ending with a teardrop formation on her muzzle and a pointed tip on the bottom part of her tail. A raccoon-like mask of tawnies and ochres ring her eyes, and stripes and blots of mandarin take over from her forehead down through the rest of her pelt, banding around her legs and tail and even branching off with the gray hairs thrown randomly here and there.

She has good humor and is very understanding, the type of friend that you can wake up at any point in time if you need a shoulder to cry on. She is easy-going, open-minded, and gentle-hearted. She was the most mature and calm one of the nursery, almost the point of being scary and being exiled in the eyes of some of her nursery-mates because she was too “weird” for them. Yewchime can find anything once she has seen it at least one time, no matter how small it may be. Because of this trait, she enjoys exploring and adventures in order to memorize her surroundings. She’s a quick charmer, and most fall in love with her right away.
She’s a very thoughtful lady and, because of her warm nature and intelligence, she's apt to give advice even to the older ones of the Clan. She's quite respected for her age. A rather easy-going she-cat most of the time, Yewchime is, however, in no mood for total and utter rubbish. She is open-minded, having an outspoken reputation and jumping to conclusions . She will ignore and walk away from any conversation or fight that she finds unworthy. At times, she seems cold, but she feels that she is only being sensible to cats who wouldn’t seem to get it otherwise. She is a hardcore teacher and parent.

I suppose you could blame the fact that Yewkit’s brothers were born still on the she-cat’s name: yew, a very poisonous plant. However, we might as well start the story off with how Yewkit came to be. Locustscourge and Littlefoot had always been good friends and warriors, but it was only when they became mates that Locustscourge seemed to change. He became abusive and controlling, hitting or kicking Littlefoot whenever she didn’t do what he wished. This continued even when she was found to be pregnant.
This could be half the reason why Waterkit and Airkit were locked into a mortal embrace, so much that they seemed to be strangling each other. Locustscourge was found out and banished, and Yewkit’s life went on without her father. She met her best friend, Mottledkit, when she was four moons old. Littlefoot had rescued the tortoiseshell she-cat, and they soon became fast friends. Yewkit was broken-hearted when Mottledkit left. ‘Taken by StarClan’ the others had said.
Yewkit became Yewpaw in her sixth moon, mentored by a nightmare known as Venomheart. He was her uncle, her father’s brother, who treated her the same way Locustscourge had treated her mother. He beat her constantly, more so if she did something wrong. She finally struck up the courage to tell Amethyststar, who had her mentor banished and replaced with a new mentor, named Grayfur, who led her to warriorship.
She became a warrior by the name of Yewchime, and by that time, it was apparent that she had a secret admirer from another Clan. His name was Thunderpaw, and time after time, the young male professed his love for her. They mated a few moons later, but it was an unhealthy pregnancy and her kits, Cosmickit and Tallkit, didn’t survive very long. However, Yewchime decided to stay a queen, not revealing that Thunderpaw was the father of her dead kits.
There is love burning to find you
Will you wait for me?
Will you be there?
Locustscourge - father
Littlefoot - mother
Waterkit - brother
Airkit - brother
Venomheart - former mentor
Grayfur - former mentor
Cosmickit - son
Tallkit - son
Thunderpaw - mate
Your silence haunts me
But I still hunger for you
