everything you love turns to dust
you'd make more of it but you felt rushed
by all that's periphary
you held tight, but on the contrary

Puzzlepaw is truly an oddity; in appearance as well as personality. He pads on small, flat, almost square shaped paws. Each toe is seperated by an ashen grey line. Hidden within are the four sets of sharp, ferociously hooked, bone-white claws. Puzzlepaw's legs are four straight tree-trunks; they are strong and sturdy rather than slender. His forelegs round off at the tops to form his shoulders - two humps if bone beneath the fur. The shoulders roll into the back and hindquarters. Puzzlepaw's tail is more like an extention if his fur than a part of his body; it is a feathery snake falling from between his hind legs. Puzzlepaw's muzzle is strangely long and angular, giving him an intelligent, inquisitive look. His nose is sharply triangular and coal-grey. Puzzlepaw's muzzle is sprinkled with pale grey freckles. His eyes are two almost-perfectly rounded circles above his muzzle. They are rimmed in ebony, making them look even larger. Inside, the pupils are large and glittering. The pools of colour are a bright, zesty orange-yellow colour. Finally, Puzzlepaw's ears are two large triangular on the top of his head, perky and pointed.
Puzzlepaw's coat is curious mixture of longer and shorter fur. His tail and flanks are furred in long hair, while his limbs are covered in thicker, shorter fur. His whole coat is beautifully, silky soft. This is because of Puzzlepaw's exquisite cleanliness; he keeps himself so clean that his mother does not need to intervene. Puzzlepaw's ears are also unusaully furry; long, silvery strands of hair spring from the insides, while the backs ar as thickly furred as his limbs. The colour of his coat is not simple, either. It is a light, ashen grey, but covered in tabby markings of deepest and palest black. His chest, stomach, paws and tail tip are smudgy white which fades easily into the grey of his undercoat.everyone you love

Puzzlepaw may seem somewhat of an enigma, but in truth he is very intelligent. He holds cleverness far greater than most kits his age, and is very good at settling arguments in an non-violent way. Yet these are the positive sides of his personality. He can be very dreamy, which means it can be hard to interest him, and once he is interested, to keep him so. Puzzlepaw is distracted very easily by brightly coloured feathers or shifting leaves. He can be eccentric in his views, and vague about reality. Puzzlepaw is a very calm and polite kit, and many of the queens think him a pleasent little kit. Puzzlepaw can be sensible, but if he is following a drifting feather or a bright star he might lose himself. Puzzlepaw is unusaul in the fact that he is not particularly bothered about his warrior training, and treats the EclipseClan warriors as equals rather than godly beings. He is a very odd kitten.

Moonmist had been alone a long time. She had seen the death of friends and the birth of many kits. But she had never thought about having a mate and family of her own. But Razortomb needed to be comforted. He had fallen in love, moons ago, with a she-cat who had died giving birth to the CloudClan leader's kits. He had been depressed after her death, though he remained a good friend to the dead queen's kits. Moonmkist befriended the younger tom with good intentions. The two were friends comfortably for moons, rubbing together almost like brother and sister. But quite recently, Moonmist realized that if she did not act on her hidden feelings, she might never mother kits or have somebody to love. Moonmist had never really been a shy cat; she wasted no time in telling Razortomb her feelings. Luckily, the kind tom felt the same, and the two cats became mates, still rubbing along as comfortably as ever.
A few moons later, Moonmist moved to the nursery after her pregancy was confirmed by the EclipseClan medicine cat. She and Razortomb were overjoyed at this news, and excitedly awaited their kits' birth. Not long after, Moonmist gave birth to a litter of five kits; three daughters and two sons. One she-cat, with a white, orange-striped pelt, was named Firekit. Another, snowy white, was named Cascadekit, and the last, a calico, was named Taintedkit. The first tom, a golden tabby, was named Yarrowkit, and the last, a grey-black-white tabby, was named Puzzlekit.the trick to life is
