Octoberlies rolled away. Seeing Snowflake about to land on top of him, he twisted onto his paws and skidded out of the way. He hissed playfully, flattening his ears. He then felt the eyes of Brindlepaw upon him. Embarrased, he sidled over his dappled friend, sitting beside him. "I wonder when we'll get back to camp. |

Mousepaw nodded at Brindlepaw's comment and licked his still slightly sore paw. The thron was gone, but it still had a scab.

Jasminestar stood up and licked off the remains of blood on her mouth.
Alright cats, time to go home!
She gave them a triumphant smile and began to trot proudly toward home.

Well, one thing, I feel happy.
I mean, I never expected that I would actually become the leader of Serenityclan.
But now that I am, I can't help but feel proud and excited.
It'll be a challenge that will last my whole life,
but it'll be worth it.
She shook her shiny tortoiseshell head.
Ooh, the sun is rising!
I can feel it,
a new dawning on Serenityclan!
A new day.

Octoberlies twisted around to lick his shoulder. "Yeah. I want to make sure Hyenakit's behaved himself." He purred in amusement. He couldn't wait to get back to the SerenityClan camp. HIs son would become an apprentice, and two of his best friends were going to become warriors! Jasminesyar was right - it was a new dawn for SerenityClan. |

Brindlepaw smiled at his friends. He gave himself one last quick groom before hurrying to catch up with the others. He walked beside Octoberlies and turned to see if Mousepaw would walk with them too. He sighed. He was with his two best friends and on his way home, on a new day, with a new leader and a new start to SerenityClan. How could it get any better? [/center][/color] |

Snowflake smiled. "I remember when Chaosstar was our leader. She was viscious. She went around after we chased her out and killed many of the clan leaders." Snowflake shuddered. "She killed Thornstar and Cagedstar and..." She couldn't say anymore.

That's what you wish my dearie, The thought pulsated out of one cat's mind. Chaos stalked throughout the bushes, spying on her prey. She stpped on a twig and it made a large crack. "Whoops..." She muttered.

Octoberlies shuddered and crouched breifly. He remembered, as Octoberkit, when Snowflake had been Snowpaw, how Chaosstar had cruelly forced them to attack the other clans. He blinked a couple of times, then hurried after his friends. He turned to look curiously back at Jasminestar, but said nothing. |

Chaosfire smiled at herself for not being noticed. "This is for rebelling against me!!"Chaosfire leaped onto Octoberlies, aiming a clawed paw at his face.
Snowflake screeched, "No!" She leaped onto the former leader.
"You forget," The rogue growled, "I have six more lives!" She swatted Snowflake away and charged at Octoberlies once again.
