limeblossom. She had always been afraid of new things. It wasn't easy for her, knowing that she would be a mother, and that so many things could go wrong... but Toweringheart had been helpful beyond belief, and she knew that as long as she had him she could go through this. He would be a wonderful father. It was in his nature. The ginger she-cat was lying in the nursery, her swollen belly looking rather strange on the small-framed Limeblossom.
And then, all of a sudden, it hurt. Everything hurt. Pain coursed through her body, and she twisted around in horror. She wasn't ready! She needed... the kits were coming, and she had no idea what to do. Her breathing became heavier and she closed her eyes, but when she opened them she found a small kit on the ground beside her. "Help..." she whispered in a hoarse voice. Would anyone hear her? And now there was another kit, and she tried to pull them closer to her, poor little things, but she couldn't find the strength to do so. [/blockquote]

toweringheart xxxxxxxxxxxx All was calm and quiet in EclipseClan camp as a massive tabby walked casually in through the camp entrance. He had two pieces of prey in his jaw; one was a large meaty vole, and the other was a petite, but fairly meaty mouse. It seemed as though camp was still asleep, sleeping in while the rest of the dawn patrol was out and hunting. Toweringheart had not been part of the dawn patrol, but took to hunting by himself in piece. His brother was gone and it was just hard to hunt while the thought of him was still fresh in his mind and the buzzing of apprentices started to ring in his ear. Cobaltpaw was almost at warriors age... He was ready. Smiling slightly, he set the mouse on the pile and carried the vole to the nursery, where his lovely mate awaited him.
As he approached the den, Toweringheart could hear that something was going on in there. Panic striking him immediately, he dropped his vole and charged into the den. He found her as soon as he entered, laying in her moss bed. Two kits had already arrived but they were covered in blood and Limeblosom could no where take care of them because of the pain, of course. Scared out of his mind, but trying not to let it show, he called for help. "Prophecyteller, Littlefox, somebody, HELP!" his voice was much louder then Limeblossom's whisper. This would hopefully attract some attention. He then ran to her side and wrapped his large frame around her small round frame. "It's going to be okay, Limeblossom. I'm here now," he soothed her quietly as he gently licked her ears and face. He then brought to two kits around as gently as he could in front of him so that he could clean them, while they waited for more.
