I'm surprised you don't, Shade, unless you don't watch the news. Not to be vain, but this is like...a historical world-shattering campaign for our new president. Lots of people in the world is wondering who is going to lead us, either to ruin or radiance, because of the issues America's butted her nose into.

Obama, bby. [: I don't really like either candidate, but if I voted [which I am not, mind you], I'd vote Obama. It'd be a change from all the white people who have ruined our precious country. /frown. But, I do believe Obama is gonnag get shot if he does become president.

I'm for McCain. Under Obama's administration, my family would get a lot more taxes because my dad is a landlord. And we really can't afford anymore expenses >>

Barack Obama baby! CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN! YA!
It's time for a change of the USA's old ways.
Although I think that Obama is going to get assassinated as soon as he gets into office and that if McCain gets in he'll croak because of his age and then we'll have Palin. Are we really ready for President Palin?!

DO YOU GUYS REALLY WANT HOCKEY MOMS RUNNING YOUR COUNTRY? ^^;;
lonely DD: maybe so, but the good things surely outweight the tax increases, right? ....hahah, suck it up joe the plumber XD [/blockquote]

Blah. I was a McCain supporter. I thought Palin would have made a nice president, actually.
Although, people might have gone nuts with racial issues and stuff if Obama lost. Same thing if he gets assassinated. I'm no liberal, that's for sure, but I do believe that if he dies of human force in office, we're going to have some serious problems with racial outbreaks and stuff.
But with the assassination thing, my dad's cousin told me a funny joke the night of the election. It goes like this:
Barack Obama is in heaven. At the gates, he meets Jesus.
"What have you done good in your life that you deserve to be here?" Jesus asks him.
Obama replies with the following:
"I was president for five minutes." [/blockquote]

*Goes and hides in a corner with Shade* Lol xDD go Shade and I, us awesomely cool British people hehe!
I heard about it all and a girl just moved to my school from Hawaii and she was raving about the election but I didn't really find out much about it, just that she wanted Obama to win.
To be quite honest, I am a bit of a dunce when it comes to politics and all that jazz, it just like explodes my brain hehe. I hope Obama does good =D.

I am quite happy Obama won the election. I didn't want Palin as our vice president. Not after hearing the bill or whatever she wanted to be passed.
/stands up on soapbox.
I heard from a friend (not much of a reliable source, but I trust her word, so ... yeah), that Palin was trying to push it to be legal to hunt wolves in Alaska. And for every wolf, the hunter would get $150, or something. o-o; I just found that offensive, not only because that would be killing animals who have done no harm and are on the brink of disappearing, but I LOVE wolves. They are my favorite animal in the world, and I hate to see them hurt.
There. Now I'll stop my ranting...
/steps off of soapbox.
