dubbance_ kindlepaw [kindleflare] the meaning of it all_ kindling(kindle) is material used to make a fire. a flare is a sudden blaze or burst of flame. beauty is timeless_ 6.5 moons femininity_ she-cat residence_ cloudclan employed as_ apprentice
mirror, mirror, on the wall_ Kindlepaw is a tiny she-cat, and you can tell from her size that she was the runt of her litter. And a very small runt at that. But her legs are long and supple, which makes her seem a bit bigger than she really is, or so she wishes. Her paws are small, dainty, and perfect for stealth and speed. Kindlepaw acts more than twice her size because she wants her Clanmates to see her as just that, twice her size. This she-cat is very slight, with a thin body and a vine-like tail for superb balance. Her head is the common "triangular" shape that is usually seen among cats, her tall, rather bluntly-pointed ears emphasizing her head's general shape. Her muzzle is short, and tipped with a softly-colored pink nose. But beward, no matter how cute her muzzle may seem with that pretty nose, inside it is a set of needle-sharp, stale white colored teeth. Her eyes dip very subtly toward her maw, and the slant is so slight it's hardly noticed. The eyes are almond-shaped and have a slitted pupil, much like any other cat's.
Her fur is short and smooth, glossy from her regular washes, and it has a down-father feel to it. Almost like kit fur. She's mainly a blazing ginger color, save a few white areas that the ginger failed to cover. Those white ares being her belly, chest, front and hind paws, tail-tip, and a spot on the bridge of her nose. And, right down to that dapple of snow on her nose, Kindlepaw is a duplicate of her father. Coloration-wise, anyway. Even her eye color -- a rich amberish brown hue -- matches her father's. As for less-noticed colors she has, a light, healthy pink is what colors her tongue and gums. The inside of her ears is a paler shade of pink, almost peach, but the hair is a crispy white. Her pads are a soft shade of pink as well, but they're tough and strong, due to her always traipsing after her brothers and trying to keep pace with them.
beyond the fur is the soul_ Full of zeal and enthusiasm, Kindlepaw is a fiery young she-cat who is determined to prove her worth. She's eager to please those around her, but she's not going to be ordered this way and that just because she wants respect. But she'll go on patrols or on missions if you ask for volunteers or for her secifically. In fact, she'll probably be the first to call out "Memememe!" in a throng of cats. From her life of always trying to keep up with her two brothers, she's bold and hard-working, although she absolutely loves lazy time and relaxation when she can afford it.
But she has a strong will to go with her boundless energy, and can be very stubborn and impatient. When set on doing something, she is not easily swayed, even if threatened for bribed. When she wants something, and I mean really, really wants something, she's headstrong enough to keep marching on to get it. Though usually, if you have good reasons, you can redirect this energetic she-cat. Kindlepaw also has a tendancy to be hasty and raring to go as quick as a lick. She often runs before she walks, which either ends in her finding trouble or her getting to what she was aiming for.
Kindlepaw, despite her never-ending supply energy and determination, is actually quite good-natured. She's friendly to other cats and she's usually not the one starting arguments. She's easy to be friends with, but she's also easy to be rivals with, as she can be very competitive and loves to race. Ah, yes, that's the one thing in which her size helps her-- speed. Whenever cats taunt her about her size or about how weak she is compared to them, she'll cleverly challenge them to a race just to wipe the smug looks off their faces.
Kindlepaw is also very ambitious and far-reaching in one particular goal.. and this goal is the type yyou cannot sway her from. This she-cat has the ambition to, one day, become CloudClan deputy. And then their fearsome leader, Kindlestar! And oh, she so desperately wants to be an important figure in her Clan! Kindlepaw's favorite apprentice game is Clan Leaders, quite obviously.
inside the soul is the story_ Flintslash was the handsome tomcat of CloudClan, the one who made the she-cat always turn their heads, and Breezesigh was the one she-cat who made every tom weak at the knees, so it was expected they get together. Anticipated, actually, by some of the cats who noticed their mate always staring at either one of them wishfully. And so it was no surprise that Breezesigh moved to the nursery after a short period. She gave birth to three, normal, lovely kits. Well, two normal kits, one was a bit ridiculous actually. Both the parents were nicely sized and porportioned, but here came this miniscule of a kit. She was almost too small to be considered a runt -- no, she was little more than a flea, or so some of the older nursery kits joked.
Rootkit, a gray tabby like his mommy but big like his father, Graykit, another large gray tabby but with the slight figure of his mother, and Kindlekit, a blazing ginger-and-white she-cat like her father. But she was smaller than either of her parents. As time went on, Kindlekit grew considerably bigger, but she was still a runt. Nothing changed that, no matter how many inches or centimeters she grew. She was easily beaten in wrestling matches; all her brothers had to do was sit on her for a while for her to surrender. But she soon found her skill that she excelled at, and that would be speed. She was like a small cheetah, although not as graceful at the time, as she was still very clumsy when she was a kit. But she grew more balanced with each passing moon, right up until she was six moons of age.
Not that six moons of age was anything special. She was not made an apprentice at six moons like her siblings were. No, her apprentice ceremony was delayed for about another half moon for her to grow a little bigger. But when her time came to become an apprentice, she was thrilled trememdously, and forgot all about having to wait for a whole nothing half moon to be apprenticed. She then concentrated on trying to keep up with her brothers, who were a half-moon older at being an apprentice. Kindlepaw's now occupied herself by training and hunting more often rather than traipsying after Rootpaw and Graypaw. But she still finds time to wonder if her warrior ceremony, which will come one day, will be delayed by half a moon too, like her apprentice ceremony.
