When I say gray, I mean like...drab gray. Dull snow-after-rain gray. Your grandmother's old curtains gray. Hell, your grandmother gray! Basically, I'm trying to say that Taigakit is not exactly playboy material, at least in his eyes. Now someone might find this dark tabby handsome but if you ask him on a scale of one to ten how attractive does he find himself, he'll just grunt and ignore you. Unlike his father, he doesn't have a single variation of his hue. Just straight, wet granite gray.
Taigakit's a tom so you can expect that he'll be a bit bigger than his siblings by the time maturity kicks him in the sack and tells him to get a life. He's lissome like how his father was but he's not something to underestimate. He's definitely stronger than he looks. A lot of strength is packed into the compact little frame of his. He's built more for running but don't you dare call him a coward. He's more likely to be running toward you, not away from. He's got a jump from hell and he can cling to even the slightest of surfaces.
Like his fur, Taigakit's eyes are a drab brown. Fallen leaf brown. Dog poop brown. Mudslide brown. They tend not to twinkle because generally, Taigakit does not smile or laugh nicely. They are dark and piercing, almost empty and scary. When he gets mad, they flash and drown you in their depths.[ HONOR ]

If you had to ask Tansyfrost one of the most common things she would say to Taigakit, it would probably amount to "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it at all" or "If you have something to say, say it to my face". Taigakit is one of the most scornful characters you'll ever see. He barely has any respect for anyone else because he feels like they need to earn it and that the world owes him a living. He doesn't say nice things for the most part, and he spends most of his time making snide comments about every single cat that crosses his path. However, only he is allowed to make fun of his parents and siblings. If he sees anyone making fun of Tansyfrost because of her blindness, his siblings for any reason at all, or his late father, he will go ballistic and fight until the skin is stripped from his bones.
Taigakit is always looking for a chance to prove himself. He loves trying to act all hard and stuff, like he's the king of the world. He can get pretty rough while doing this, and sometimes he'll have to be pulled back before he beats another kit to death, even if they're older than him. He hates being interrogated over the fights he's gotten into. However, he loves teasing his sister Jasminekit so that he feels all big and tough. Everyone says that he'll regret it if she ever becomes leader, but he just kind of ignores them.
Despite his abusive behavior, he can be sensitive. No matter how much he claims that he despises his mother and siblings and that he wishes they'd leave him alone, he never leaves their side. He helps his mother with whatever she needs but hates if she thanks him. His favorite word is "Whatever".[ LIPGLOSS AND BLACK ]

Grasskit considered himself to be the white knight of the nursery. He was a popular kitten with the queens and the other kittens, always helping out. His particular favorite queen was Ribbontail, who he called "Big Sister" or "Sissy". He considered all the queens and their kittens his sisters (and brothers in case of tomkits) but he was extremely close to Ribbontail and her three daughters, Frostkit, Dapplekit, and Tansykit. He tried to help out Tansykit the most because she was blind and had no friends. He played with her and tried to teach her games since many of the other kits would simply ignore her and think her as useless.
He couldn't have been more proud of himself when he became an apprentice along with Ribbontail's litter. His mentor was Stormstar himself. He was so excited and he loved training everyday. He also loved being around Ribbontail still, cleaning out her nest along with those of the other queens. He still considered himself to be the Big Brother who had to take care of every female in the Clan because "that's what toms should do". Any tom he caught disrespecting a she-cat was taught a lesson.
However, Tansypaw had started to fall in love with Grasspaw but she thought he only loved her as the sister he protected so she didn't say anything. But her dreams were realized when Grasspaw confessed that he did love her. They promised their love to each other.
One day, a vicious rogue entered CloudClan while Grasspaw was on sentry duty. He interrupted Quetzal's path, demanding to know who she was. She attacked him but the tom put up a brave stand against her. He held his own against the she-cat and ended up injuring her and driving her out of camp. However, his wounds were grave and Dragonflydance had left for a medicine cat meeting. Tansypaw helped Grasspaw to the medicine cat den and tried her best to help him. As he lay dying, he asked her to do something for him. He wanted to mate with her. He knew he wouldn't last until morning. Tansypaw granted him that wish and the two joined together as mates for the first time. Later on, Grasspaw died.
Stormstar honored Grasspaw at the ceremony later on, naming him Grasswhistle. Tansypaw and her siblings were also named as warriors. The blind she-cat became Tansyfrost. It was not long before she found out she was pregnant with her beloved Grasswhistle's kits and two moons later, she had them: Heatherkit, Jasminekit, Taigakit, and Grasskit. Taigakit grew into a strong kitten, one of the first to seek out fresh-kill instead of his mother's milk.[ RIGHT SIDE OF THE BED ]
