Leafpaw is a normal sized tabby she-cat. Her body is petite sized, and kit-like, softness wise. Though of course it would be for she is only 9 moons. Her legs are very slender going down to quite clunky paws. She has semi-longish fur, causing her to look a little bigger then a kit, but not exactly. She has excellent hearing, in which, she has wonderful ears, coming to an exact point at each tip on both sides/ears. Leafpaw has a hazy gray-ish gaze, causing her eyes to shine bright silver whilst standing in an specific spot while the moon shone down clearly. She has a mixed colored pelt, with a white chest, and two white front paws. The rest of her coat, consists of striped with, black, brown, cream color, and a few splotches of a faded ginger.
Actions:
Flirtatious. Leafpaw is very flirtatious when it comes to tom's, finding it funny to toy with them makes her day a lot more pleasurable. Her mind seems to work in many different ways. It can plot out the most evilest of things, yet she doesn't want to take the time and try to solve the easiest mystery. She is also very impatient. She has a hard time concentrating on more then one thing at a time, and her thoughts are usually stuck on plots to yet again mess with her den mates'. Sometimes, she regrets doing things in which cause her to get into trouble, but then the guilt and resentment just turns to anger. In which, she gets angry easily too. Leafpaw thinks it would be easier to cope on by herself, without the Clan, but after a battle, she realizes that the Clan is the one thing that keeps her safe.
Past:
Leafpaw had been born into a EclipseClan family. Living breathing, EclipseClan blood pumping through her veins. Thus, making her feel superior. Her whole ancestry had been traced back to the beginning of EclipseClan. And which making her pure EclipseClan. He her mother had been known as Tangle Heart, and her farther Stranglethorn. They were also raised in this Clan. She had loved playing with her mother, as gentle as a rose petal, Leafpaw could recall. Her father had been a strong, loyal cat. Though, his ambitions got the better of him. He ignored her, seemingly because of his lack of better judgment, causing Leafpaw to feel somewhat empty, though not completely. She knew she could her father, he was just a loyal, hard working cat, and he did not want a nuisance like her getting in the way. Her mother's gentleness was what brought her downfall. One day, TangleHeart was out on a hunting patrol, she thought she had heard something, and she did. The faint mews of kits. Her mother had found MoonClan kits, and when Leafpaw noticed her mother was gone, she went strait to StrangleThorn, which she now regrets she had. He went out immediately, and found her there, suckling them. He became enraged, and had enough anger, he killed her mother. He brought her back to the camp, and lied about the whole story. Leafpaw's heart completely shattered when she saw her mothers broken body laying in the middle of camp. Her father only went into the warriors den. Not saying a word. For the next two moons till she became apprentice, she did not let any cat tell her what to do. She had no mother, and no cat could have loved her like Tangleheart. Though, when she was 5 moons, a badger had ravished through there camp. And with her unfortunate luck, she was completely crushed under its body as it lumbered down atop of her. With three moons stuck in the medicine cats den, she had healed. Only because of the gentleness, and love this cat had shown her. And for that she was grateful.
In the next moon, she was apprenticed, given the name Leafpaw. And her spirits seemed to come flowing back in one tremendous bound, because the next day, Leafpaw was back to her regular self. Flirty, outgoing, and a cat with lots of attitude. Thus she is known as Leafpaw, apprentice of the Eclipse.
In Character:
Leafpaw's senses were alert as she prowled through the undergrowth. Her lithe body slithered gracefully over the grass as she took step by step, her gaze fixed on the vole which stood pecking at the ground. Her movements stopped; lowering herself a little, she bunched up her haunches and sprung into the air with a mighty leap, she landed on the word with mighty force, pinning it down with one paw, and swiftly biting its neck before it let out any sound of alarm. With a smirk of satisfaction, she tossed the bird down, and scarped a little bit of dirt over it so she could come back for it later. Leafpaw padded silently and carefully throughout the woods, making sure nothing could hear her. A swift flash of mixed colors caught her eye, and she quickly turned her head. Nothing was there. Quickly shaking her head to clear her winding and twisting thoughts, she again padded on, more swiftly and ungraceful this time. Then, a pelt brushed hers, and the sweetest sent she had ever smelt washed over her in a wave of sorrow and comfort. She let her hazy-gray eyes drift to the left, so she could see what she knew was a long lost memory of pain. Her eyes opened in alarm, and she leaped away, running into a tree, and thus letting out a wail of shock. In front of her stood a decaying body. She let out a whimper and she raced away, hearing the voice which she had dreamed of so many times call her name. Leafpaw looked back to see the body vanishing, and she turned her head back to the forest in front of her, just then, a bramble thorn bush caught her on the side, leaving a small wound on her left pelt. She felt the ground dissolve from under her, and she fell into nothing.
A silent wail came from her mouth as she jolted awake. Leafpaw smelt the fresh scent of blood, and her head turned warily to the scent. And there it was. The cut. A look of alarm coursed through her body and she instantly was reminded of the body to which she almost cringed of dreaming of again. Not even bothering to shake the moss out of her pelt, her paws dragged her to the medicine den. Once out in the clearing, she stretched and looked back at the cave. With a shiver along her spine she quickly trotted to the medicine den, that sweet scent, and decaying body still lingering in the back of her mind.
