If Silverpelt had scooped a storm cloud out of the sky, given it four legs and a red nose, and sat in down in BrightClan, he would've made Northrain. This beautiful fluffy she-cat is a bluish-gray tabby with long whiskers and jowls. Even her paw-pads are blue. Northrain's eyes, however, are the color of a starlit sea: a quaint mix of turquoise and jade with speckles that gleam like twinkling stars when she's happy. She is a very pretty and broad-shouldered female even though she's young. She looks as if she's always smiling, like a clown face but sometimes you can be mistaken. Her ears are pointed and furry with bluish tufts at the ends. Her legs are powerful and long-furred, whistling against the wind as she runs. The only part of her body that isn't blue, green, white or gray is her nose, which is a dull scarlet, making you want to give a second glance. Her tabby markings on her forehead are cobalt-colored. Her powerful paws are a bluish gray as of the rest of her long haired pelt.

Actions--

Northrain is a very playful but impatient female. She enjoys athletic activities and learning facts, but she doesn't like to wait. If you want to go running with her then you better not keep this femme waiting for she'll go on ahead without you. She likes action now! She is very adventurous and easily makes friends, but she has a nasty temper that's usually directed towards someone who insults her friends. She forgets things easily, but forgives with difficulty. Northrain loves rain and finds it to be very calming, she sometimes soothes her anger by either standing in it or looking into it. She is an easy learner and she has a photographic memory that makes her more special then the rest of the clan. However, she tends to rush through things in her haste to get to the bottom of problems. Northrain is quite an extrovert and enjoys helping out so others can have a break or two. She is playful and enjoys taking care of other cats and making others feel better. However, sometimes she can get too stressed out from working so hard and putting others before herself.

Past--

Northkit was born to two abusive parents of BrightClan--Feralstripes and Lilyfeather. When she was able to open her eyes, she was horrified to see that she and her siblings Eastkit, Azurekit, and Wavekit were completely neglected and half-starved in the back of the nursery. Luckily, her aunt Pearlsheen rescued them but it was too late. Azurekit and Wavekit were dead, leaving Northkit and her brother Eastkit alone. Both were malnourished so they were given to a queen whose kits were stillborn for a quick recovery. When Northkit was three moons old, she found out her parents were killed but she didn't know by whom. Her foster mother Flowermist decided to go look for them but she never came back, leaving Northkit and Eastkit alone again, with only their aunt as family. Rare for a kit, she has seen three leaders in her lifetime.

The last one, Ghostlystar, was the one who named her apprentice with a she-cat named Poppyflower. However, the two never got along and Northpaw never really shed any tears when she found out her mentor died of Greencough. To keep herself occupied when Poppyflower was away, Northpaw made fast friends with another apprentice named Jasperpaw. The two connected instantly and helped out Ghostlystar with little things around the camp like cleaning up and making sure everyone had enough to eat. After Poppyflower was announced dead and Jasperpaw's mentor, her own aunt Pearlsheen, came down with Greencough and forced to stay in the medicine den, Ghostlystar gave Northpaw and Jasperpaw new mentors: Swanflight and Miserycalling, respectively. Then, she soon became a warrior as Northrain at 12 moons with Jasperpaw by her side as Jaspersmoke.

It wasn't long before she found out she was bearing Jaspersmoke's kits. Northrain now felt that she would be better suited for queen-life and she became one of the resident queens. Lynxkit, Mythkit, and Requiemkit were born not long after that. They seemed to grow so quickly. Then, she was chosen for another task. Ghostlystar found a kit abandoned on the border. His name was Albatrosskit and he was fostered by her despite the fact her birth children were weaned. Northrain could not believe that they were becoming apprentices so quick. She was extremely proud of her children, even little Albatrosskit, who was neither hers nor an apprentice yet. She did not regret her decision in becoming a queen, even though she couldn't volunteer as much to patrol with her mate. But that was her choice and she stood by it. However, if she was called to be something else, she wouldn't say no.
