Palegust [/font][/size] Palegust was running. He was running as far away as he could. He didn't want to go back to that nightmarish scene. It seemed that everywhere he looked, cats were falling in love. His own brother found a mate. He was angry. He had not been angry since the tree fell on him and broke his leg. He then spent alot of time in the Medicine den, so he was bored of the camp.
Palegust finally made it to the reeds. He stopped and sat down. His leg was aching. 'Oh, why did I run that far?" Now it hurts again!' He grumbled to himself. He suddenly turned to one side. He smelled a cat coming up. It smelled of Serenityclan. He whipped his head around. He noticed a cat coming up. He froze and watched her.

kissedmagic Her paws made no sound on the long, swaying grass. It tickled her flanks, calming her somewhat. Kissedmagic was taking one of her regular walks through the woods of SerenityClan. She lifted her beautiful blue eyes to the sky. It was grey. Winter was coming, but she felt no cold. Her thick fur kept out the chill. Kissedmagic paused to lick her shoulder. Her pretty snow-coloured coat glistened in a brief moment of brightness, the silver patches illuminated like starshine. The warrioress gasped as she heard a voice, the sound one of the only one's that ever left her mute mouth. Kissedmagic tentatively approached the noise, only to come across a tom. On SerenityClan territory. He smelt of CloudClan. And he didn't look too friendly. Kissedmagic crouched, flattening her ears to ward off an attack. Her beautiful blue eyes were wide and scared, her bushy tail between her legs. |

Palegust [/font][/size] Palegust immediately snarled at the newcomer. Then he realized that she looked scared. 'Why are you scared? What is your name?' He asked the young femme. He looked around him and realized that he had ventured into Serenityclan territory. 'Oh dear! I'm sorry. I didn't mean to come into your territory.' He quickly padded back across his clan's scent markers. He sat down just inside of them. 'There! Now we can have a civilised chat.' He mewed kindly to the femme. [/sup][/blockquote] |

kissedmagic The longhaired warrioress pressed her chin into her paws, her huge eyes filled with fear. Her body shook violently like a leaf in high wind as the CloudClan tom snarled at her. Her fear did not die down, even when he spoke to her, in a voice that suggested no violence. She flicked her tail towards him at his question of why she was scared. But she had no idea how to answer his other question. Other cats always spoke for her back at SerenityClan. So she just sat in silence. She blinked slowly at Palegust as he padded back onto his own territory. Her beautiful features seemed to uncrease somewhat as he went over the border. She straightened up, but still looked frightened and wary. Kissedmagic looked at her paws, her sapphire eyes nervous. |

Palegust [/font][/size] Palegust realized what she had meant. He was scared of him. 'I'm sorry that I scared you. You shouldn't be afraid of me, though, I am an injured warrior that would probably lose in a fight against you. Well, I guess I should be going now.' He made to leave, then realized something. 'You can't speak, can you?' ***
Lightning flashes.
Thunder roars.
The deep abyss opens and
Out comes
Thunderstep [/font][/size] Panic clawed at Thunderstep as he realized that there was a missing cat back in camp. So soon after the fight with the foxes, too. He had noticed her abscense when he wa supposed to be gathering a patrol with her on it. He called out worriedly, 'Kssedmagic?' The worry was clear in his voice. She was not able to call for help if she needed it. Suddenly, he found her. He ran over to her. 'Kissedmagic! Thank goodness! Come, you must come back-' He noticed the Cloudclan tom. Then he noticed that Kissedmagic seemed a little afraid. 'Stay away from Serenityclan, Cloudclanner.' He snarled over the border. [/sup][/blockquote] |

kissedmagic The longhaired warrioress blinked slowly at the CloudClan tom as he apologized. She nodded, accepting his apology, though her sapphire eyes were still a little fearful. Her almond-shaped eyes narrowed slightly in something akin to worry as he mentioned being injured? Should he really be away from his camp? Or was he just trying to trick her? Kissedmagic pressed herself against the grass, visibly shaking once again. She started as a loud voice hit her ears, just as the CloudClan tom spoke again. She stared at him with anxious eyes. She said nothing, but her answer to his question was obvious. Of course she couldn't speak. Kissedmagic sprang up and hid behind Thunderstep as he suddenly appeared, peering out from behind his powerful form as he snarled at the tom, her face worrisome. |

Palegust glanced back at the shecat and waved his tail in a friendly goodbye. He had seen the tom and had decided to leave. *** Lightning flashes.
