_{Shane's eyes scoped out, making sure no other cat was around. "Lib, it's all good now. Come on, I think we're close." He padded a little farther, and reached a ravine. "Here we go. I smell more cats." He recognized the scent. His mother still smelled faintly of it. "This must be Serenityclan." He meowed. As he turned around, he met Liberty's eyes. "The next time we meet, it might not be so pleasant, mom might want to attack soon. But I promise to come check on you every moon." He stepped forward and licked her ear. "When we're older, don't judge me by my actions. I need to be evil, to avoid being killed by our family." He shook his head. "But I promise I'll never hurt anyone you love, sis."}[/color]

[/color] Liberty mumbled, looking up at him before stepping lightly towards him. She pressed her nose against his. She would never forget him. Her favorite brother, Shane. "I'll never forget you, Shane. You.....Why were you always so nice to me?" She asked, pulling away. She shook her head, not waiting for an answer. "Nevermind. Get back to the cave before Mother or father finds out your gone" Liberty whispered, licking his ear before turning to face the territory, disappearing into the bushes.

"I'll never forget, you either, Lib." He turned to leave, then heard her question. "No, you asked, I'll answer. The reason I was always so nice to you was because I hated the way they treated you. I could never watch my family members be hurt and stand by, doing nothing. But I wouldn't do this for Linnet, Mien or Shyam. You're different - you're nice. I like to talk to you, because it makes me think that the world isn't all evil." He told her. "Goodbye, Lib, I'll be back to see you." He promised, before evaporating into the darkness, no soubt heading back to the cave.</sub>[/color]

_{Snowflake needed to stretch her legs. As she left the camp with a patrol, she immediately caught a faintly familiar scent. Instantly suspicious, she followed it, and came up behind a kitten. "Who are you?" She asked calmly, but guarded. That scent was distinctly familiar, and she couldn't risk anything. But she couldn't put her paw on the scent. "Where did yo come from?" She asked, hoping this would ease her mind.}[/color]

"M-my brother br-brought me here. -he said I-I would be safer" She mewed, stumbling over words as she shook. "M-My parents didn't want me. Choasfire and Vampire didn't want me. Th-They said I was useless"

_{Snowflake nodded at the name. But before she could answer, she heard her mention her parents - Chaosfire and Vampire. What?!?? Chaosfire's your mother?!? But... That would mean... You're my half-sister! Chaosfire's my mother too! She- She didn't want me... Told me I was useless too... She slashed me across my chest, so I would always bear the reminder of having such an awful cat as my mother. I see she got you too." She nodded her head at the scratch down the kit's chest. "Musicdrift, we have to let her come. If we don't, we both know what Chaosfire's capable of. And with Vampire at her side - please." She meowed, looking back at her half sister. She stepped forward and sat beside the kit, leaning down to lick her ears. As she looked at the kit, she saw a resemblance between her and Liberty. They both had snowy white pelts, only Liberty didn't have the black markings like she did. "Please Musicdrift." She meowed, looking back at her friend.}[/color]
