!venompaw ~ Argh! Why does it have to be so boring out here!?
The speckled she-cat apprentice sat outside the warrior den, her tail lashing behind her. This wasn't all fun and games today, boredom was settling into her system at a rapid pace. And she didn't like it. Paws ground into the ground, ears flicking wildly on top of her head. There was NO ONE around to do anything with. Shaking her head, she narrowed her green eyes slightly. She would just have to find something to do herself.
Pushing herself to her paws, and shaking out her coat, Venompaw headed over to the entrance of camp. There wasn't anyone who could stop her, was there? Smirking to herself, she slipped through the camp entrance, stopping just outside. Ears had flicked forward, taking in all the sounds around her. This sure was interesting. She took a few steps forward, and instantly stopped. This was interesting out here, but what if she did get caught? Oh well, she'd fess up and tell them there wasn't anything interesting to do back in camp.
Venompaw disappeared into the bramble, picking her way through it carefully. Then, she got stuck. A paw was stuck over one branch, her body stuck on another, and her back paws dangling over the one she just climbed over. Grumbling to herself, the she-apprentice wiggled wildly, trying to unhook herself from the bramble's grasp. Finally, she got free, however, it had tossed her back toward the camp entrance.
Maybe she should've just stayed in camp. Shaking her head and grumbling to herself still, Venompaw sulked back to the camp's entrance, plopping herself back down and glaring at the brambles that had not allowed her to pass. She would get through those ... one day.

Alderpaw This addict just starved again asphyxiated
If he was a lesser cat, he would have deemed himself amused to have watched Venompaw to entangle herself in such a situation. He had half a mind to tell her that she could go find her mentor and train with him or her (he could care less who her mentor was to begin with), but it was honestly none of his business. He wasn't much for talking and there was the issue with it being none of his concern, so he saw no point in making a point to talk to the apprentice that was about his age. The black and white tom's tail merely flicked.
However, it was at this moment that the dull green-eyed tomcat got a pang of conscience that he tried to stifle. He growled at himself; his conscience forcing his body to move out of the apprentice's den and start walking towards the bossy she-cat. He managed to get his thoughts under control and he stopped. He knew, however, that this would trigger a question he had lived with ever since he began to stand.
"What do you want?"
It was quite an annoying question that he had simply gotten used to hearing over the moons. He sighed and walked over to Venompaw, taking note of her image and memorizing it. He instantly gleaned many facts about her, her likes and dislikes, and other things of that nature. When the tom's eyes lifted, he wondered when she would ask him the infamous question.

Destinypaw I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly I'll do what it takes til' I touch the sky, oh I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway The sleepy eye of a dozing she-cat blinked open as she heard the annoyed cry of a cat she knew as Venompaw. Yes, only one eye. We're talking about Destinypaw here, remember? The Rex stretched and forced herself to her paws, watching the other female apprentice outside. Destinypaw couldn't help but feel a bit amused when Venompaw got herself all tangled in some brambles just outside the camp. She'd been planning to remain inside her den until Frostedwing came to get her, but Alderpaw drew her out. A small bout of jealousy flared in her chest, and she padded outside. The femme didn't stand beside the tom, instead a bit behind him to the left, waiting for someone to say something.[/blockquote]
