I'm bored of cheap and cheerful Diskko. I want expensive sadness male. Hospital bills, parole 38 moons. Open doors to madness loner.
I want you to be crazy 'Cause you're boring baby when you're straight I want you to be crazy 'Cause you're stupid baby when you're sane
Diskko. What an odd name, you might say, for a cat. Tell that to his two-leg, who came up with the psuedonym in the first place. She'd probably just fling an empty canvas at your face and mumble something in that difficult two-leg language about it being artistic. Not that'd you'd be able to understand her... Diskko doesn't really mean anything, but the cat himself finds that the name fits him perfectly. He says it describes his looks, his personality, his past. I don't really get that, but not many people can understand his crazy mumbo-jumbo. Actually, nobody can. But more on that later.
Anyway, first things first. To get a better idea of how Diskko looks, why don't you draw a picture? It'll be easier.
Everything about Diskko is large. He was born big-boned. His frame is largely-set. Wiry muscles work across his back and flow down his four limbs. Diskko has a circular face. His muzzle is short and round. A triangular nose colored chocolate brown sits on the tip of his muzzle. White whiskers sprout above his small mouth, a contrast against his dark color. His eyes are slanted, and a mixture between round and almond-shaped. They are colored a beautiful blue color, somewhere in the middle of the blue spectrum. On the top of his head sit his two ears. They are long with rounded-off tips. The fact that they are positioned closely together indicates that his an alert kind of person.
His thick, short neck keeps his head on tight. His back is broad, as are his shoulders. His four limbs are long, and keep Diskko balanced. His paw pads are soft and colored a chocolately brown that matches his nose. Add a long tail and you've got Diskko just right! Ah, I see you finished sketching. I must say, you've got him right on the money! Now, just a little color, and he'll be done.
Diskko has, I must say, beautiful fur. His fur is medium-length, and covers his whole body. Diskko's face is a deep brown color, almost like dark chocolate. His neck helps the fur color trasition from dark chocolate to milk chocolate to a creamy-brown mixture. The creamy-brown fur covers his chest, back, and flanks. On his legs and tail, however, the fur becomes dark chocolate once more.
You've finished! And I must say, that picture looks exactly like him. Diskko will be pleased.
And that's all there is.
I'm sick of social crazes Show your sharp tipped teeth Lose your cool in public Did the legal meet 'Cause love is just a dialogue You can't survive on ice-cream You got to see me dancing dog
There are several parts to Diskko's personality. To make it simple for you, I'll break it down into categories.
First and foremost, Diskko is artistic. He got this from his former two-leg, who was a modern artist. But, instead of finding art in random shapes and lines, Diskko finds art in nature. The beautiful sky, the leaves on the trees, the colorful flowers! Diskko takes in all of these things and savors them. While he still lived with the two-leg and her other cat, he would go out for days to live in the forest and observe everything.
Second, Diskko is a little random. He spews random sentences or phrases that don't mean anything at all, especially when he is lonely, which is often now. He often scares off others with his psycho babble, which hurts him.
And lastly, Diskko is moody. He learned to be this way from his former twoleg. She was very moody herself, and Diskko, who had been at the age where you take influence from everything around you, took after her. Diskko can turn from generally happy to impatient to angry sooner than you can say 'mouse'.
It's alright (it's alright) To be mean (to be mean) It's alright (it's alright) To be mean (to be mean) I want you to be crazy 'Cause you're boring baby when you're straight I want you to be crazy 'Cause you're stupid baby when you're sane

Diskko doesn't remember his mother or father or siblings. He was in one of those litters where the twolegs sell the kittens off at a young age. A female twoleg who happened to be a modern artist bought him and took him home. She named him Diskko because, well, I don't know why. Over time, Diskko learned that the twoleg's name was Henrietta. The twoleg also had another cat, a fiesty old tom named Ferdinard.
Ferdinard and Diskko got along pretty well. Ferdinard was the closest thing Diskko had to a father. He taught him lots of things about the world that the young cat couldn't learn on his own. He also taught him lots of things about art. Using the twoleg's art books, he showed the curious Diskko lots of art in different styles. He liked all of them, but the ones that appealed to him the most were the nature landscapes. Diskko longed to see something just as beautiful for real.

As Diskko grew older, the more he took after the twoleg. Henrietta was a moody person, and could also be very random. Diskko adapted this behavior as his own. Ferdinard just laughed and said it was a "stage", whatever that was. But Diskko would not change his ways.
When Diskko was finally an adult, he was given the opportunity to go outside. Henrietta had worried for him as a youngster, but now that he was old enough, she allowed him to wander outside for as long as he liked. Diskko discovered that the twoleg had a beautiful flower garden, and outside the fence there was a wonderful forest with great trees and funny creatures. Diskko feel in love with the outside, and would spend all day starting at flowers and other plants, capturing the scenes with his watchful eyes. He watched birds flutter about trees and bushes, insects fly about and perch on petals. He would even sleep outside.
The one time he persuaded Ferdinard to go outside [the old geezer hated the sun in his eyes], he taught Diskko how to hunt. Diskko was an eager student and learned fast. With this new skill, he didn't need to come inside for dinner. [Those dry pellets didn't taste good anyway.] He was, by now, practically living outside. He almost never saw his twoleg or Ferdinard then, except he came inside for a couple of hours.
Maybe it was just spur of the moment. Or maybe it was spring fever. But Diskko had some serious thoughts about living with Henrietta. There was almost no point in living with his twoleg anymore. He didn't need her for anything. He decided it was time to move on. He said goodbye to Ferdinard [while he was sleeping, no less], and gave the artist one last leg rub. Then, he slipped outside, and never returned.
all by myself.
Diskko took to living as a nomad in the forest. He would wander out all day, looking at what nature had to offer him. Then, he would settle in a deserted fox den or something for the night and sleep, knowing the stars were above him. Diskko got used to being alone. But he still got lonely sometimes, and would start talking to himself.
Moons passed, and Diskko grew lonelier. He longed for another cat's company, but he almost never saw another cat. When he did, they usually got scared away because of his moodiness and desperateness for another presence.
Diskko's life changed when, one day in late greenleaf, he discovered two she-cats traveling together. They introduced themselves as Jasminestar and Mysticsight. What funny names, he mused. They thought they same of his name. Diskko attempted to control his growing excitment, and invited them to rest and eat and talk for a while. After they were all full of mouse and wood pigeon, they exchanged stories. Mysticsight was reluctant to give information, but Jasminestar was kinder, and told stories of where she lived. She apparently led a clan of cats called Serenityclan. Mysticsight was one of them. They had left their clan to do a mission that Starclan had called them to do. Starclan was their warrior ancestors, said Jasminestar. So there's something else after we die? Imagine that, thought Diskko. They did not open up on the mission, though. They were on they way home. In return, Diskko told his life story. Night had fallen by then, so Diskko found an abandoned den and they all slept there. Diskko was happier than he had ever been before.
In the morning, Jasminestar did an odd thing and asked him if he wanted to travel with them. Mysticsight did not approve, but Diskko accepted her offer gladly. And they set off together, an odd group at that.
companions.
Diskko felt way better now that he had two other cats to talk to. Well, one, because Mysticsight pretty much ignored him. Jasminestar talked much about her life. She had a deputy that helped her lead the clan, named Clearpool. And she had a medicine cat named Runningcloud that kept Serenityclan healthy and healed. And she had an apprentice named Terrapinpaw. Jasminestar seemed wistful when she mentioned her.
The farther they traveled, the more Jasminestar talked about her life. Diskko began to fall in love with the visions she spun with her words. Clan life sounded really good. He longed to go back with the two she-cats, but he knew he couldn't.
It was on that fateful day that Diskko's life took a big turn, but one for the worse. They were in the middle of the place Mysticsight called the Loner Lands. The two were uneasy, and shuffled along at a fast pace. Diskko wasn't sure why they were so anxious to leave the place. Maybe it was because it was so close to the Clans' territories.
They were just walking along, when all of a sudden, Jasminestar stopped suddenly, and sniffed the air. Mysticsight asked her what was wrong, and the leader replied that she wasn't sure. All of a sudden, four cats leapt out of the undergrowth, claws out. Jasminestar and Mysticsight began to battle with the rogues, but Diskko just stood to the side, ackwardly watching. Diskko did not know how to fight, for he had never been taught. The cats attacked the she-cats first, but one broke off and launched himself at Diskko instead. Diskko squealed and batted at the rogue with sheathed paws. The rogue laughed harshly and clawed his stomach raw. The tom was beginning to slip away. Then, he heard a cry, and the weight was lifted off of him. He saw Jasminestar pin the rogue to the ground. But then, Mysticsight was surround by three of the cats, and while she was a strong fighter, she was overwhelmed. Jasminestar's eyes registered sorrow as she looked at Mysticsight. But then, the rogue caught her unguarded, and struck at her throat. Jasminestar cried out at the same time Mysticsight did. They were both in defeat. But it was too late. The rogues pulled back, and dashed off into the grass. Their jobs were done. Diskko struggled to get up. He walked over to Jasminestar, who was on the verge of death. Her voice was faint as she said asked Diskko to go to her clan and tell them what happened. Diskko would have done anything for her, and accepted her words. Then, she sighed and died. He let out a loud yowl and began to sob, for her and for Mysticsight.
After sitting vigil for the two lost souls, Diskko began to travel towards the direction of Serenityclan. He will arrive there soon, and then he will tell them of the news. He dreaded it, but he wanted to do Jasmienstar's bidding, even though she was dead.
