what a pretty little kitty.
Willowkit is a very feminine kit, well spoken and thoroughly groomed. This kitten is still feather-down soft to the touch, with rather long fur. It lies naturally diorganised, but Willowkit hates that, and makes it lie flat. The base colour is a rich, dark, coffee brown, almost black. She has small, random spots of blondie tan spattered in her fur, mostly on her back, but never a lot of it. Just tiny flecks, dotted here and there. Willowkit's face is one of utter innocence, and her muzzle is not so long that is considered foxlike, but not short enough that it squashes into her face. It is in perfect proportion to the rest of her face, which is the same dark, coffee colour as her base coat on the upper half, and fades down to the blondie tan of her flecks. Her chin, however, is also dark, and gives her quite a cute look on her round, fluffy face. The insides of Willowkit's ears are coloured light and tan, looking almost leathery to touch. The outside is dark again, and is like velvet to touch. She has lots of long, white whiskers protruding from the tan fur around her peachy nose, and from just above her pretty, pale amber eyes. Her eyes are round with a slight point to the outside of them. They are lined thickly in black, bringing out the chirpy expression in her face. Her four legs are shortish, but she will grown into them in time. Three of her paws stay that same brown colour except for her front right, where the toes turn pale and tanned. The pads on the underside of her feet are peachy, salmon pink, encasing tiny slivers of opaque white claw. She has a short, fluffy tail. Her body is short and compact, with already slightly muscular shoulders from her mother and small paws from her father, and everything except her short legs are basically in proportion to the rest of her body, so it seems she will stay small and compact when she grows older.
we live in the real world, i'm just a real girl;

Willowkit is a total perfectionist. She is a quaint kit, and speaks with perfect grammar. She may seem like a stuck up daddy's girl on the outside, but she is actually very fun to be around, and can come up with witty comebacks at the blink of an eye. She can be very sarcastic, especially if someone is annoying her or her siblings, and her mother is astonished at where she gets it from. She is very formal in front of cats she doesn't know very well, but is very bubbly and outgoing with friends and siblings. Willowkit is very defensive of her siblings, especially of Coacaokit and Brackenkit, and if someone makes fun of them she won't hesitate to whip an insult right back at them. If she is worked up, she can get a pretty harsh temper, which is funny coming from such a posh little kit. She is a great example of why not to judge a book by its cover; because she has a much sharper tongue and temper than what it looks like from the outside. She is not afraid to say what she thinks around friends, but knows to button it around the higher ranking cats. She can be quite forgetful, which can get her into trouble sometimes, but it's hard to stay mad at a cat who can make anyone laugh easily. She is a very gentle kit and doesn't like rough play, but prefers to watch and give hints and directions to the other kits.
not standing alone, not standing around;

Fernpelt was still new to her role of deputy when she got Beacanpaw as her apprentice. He was insecure, and she was caring and friendly. She knew he could have a temper, so she vowed that she would stay on his good side, at the time just to make him a great warrior, so he could feel good about himself. When he was given his warrior name of Beacansong, Fernpelt felt proud. They had had their ups and downs during the apprentice/mentor period, but Fernpelt felt strongly for him, and he was a great friend with whom she could be herself around, and forget about her deputy duties. He seemed not to like her just because of her high position, to truly like her for herself.
A few moons after his warrior ceremony, Beacansong started avoiding Fernpelt, and she wondered that she had done something wrong. She felt hopelessly lost without him to talk to about what was bugging her, annoying her, worrying her, making her feel happy. She felt as though she had lost part of herself, and was relieved when he started to talk to her again, once she had confronted him about it. When they began hanging around each other again, Fernpelt felt so happy, and wondered if she felt more than just friendship for Beacansong. She banished these thoughts, however, because she thought that he would never go for a cat like her, who was older than her as well. She was surprised, and excited though, when Beacansong blurted out that he loved her as much more than just a friend. She told him that she felt this way too, and they were both ecstatic that the other felt the same way.
A few moons after this, Fernpelt started feeling rather queasy, just after a huge battle with the Tribe Of Nightmares. The medicine cat told her that she was expecting kits, Beacansongs kits. She was overcome with happiness, and told Beacansong straight away. She knew she would be fiercely defensive of these kits; she remembered how Beacansong would be taunted because of his Rex heritage when he was an apprentice. When she gave birth, she had two toms and two femmes, and they were gorgeous. Brackenkit was the first born, a brackeny, toffee coloured tom that looked the most like Beacansong with lots of wrinkles. The second and third born were both long haired tortoiseshells, both a lot like Fernpelt. Willowkit was the darker pelted of the two, whereas Laurelkit was the lighter furred. The last kit, a darker and less wrinkly version of Brackenkit, was named Cacaokit. Fernpelt thought they were beautiful fromt he moment they were born, and vowed to protect them come what may.
