Brindletalon looked up, alarmed as claws flashed into his line of vision. He relaxed slightly when he saw its was only Crocuspool, of course, but he tensed again slightly when he heard her sentence. "Oh i know its just....." Brindletalon looked at Crocuspool. Shr really was a very attractive she-cat, what with her smooth tortoiseshell pelt and kind hazel eyes. Maybe he was in lo.......No. He couldnt think these things, Crocuspool would never feel the same way. He sighed and shook his head. "Never mind. Lets go" he said, and began to pad towards the exit.

The bulky she-cat was slower than the nimble apprentice but that was what saved her from the majority of that move. Runningcloud grunted as Hyenapaw's attack flung her backwards. She landed hard on her back, shaking her head to clear the stars before rolling aside to dodge any additional attacks the apprentice threw at her. Pausing a bit to catch her breath, Runningcloud's light-green eyes darkened with battle mirth. She grinned toothily and wriggled her shoulders and hips. Her muscles clenched, sending her into a powerful tackle that she lunged for Hyenapaw with. The medicine cat aimed to bowl him over, hoping she was quick enough to land the attack true. "Your intent is excellent, but you lack the strength to enforce your meaning," she instructed the apprentice. "When you attack, picture every attack as if it's your last. Put your whole strength into a defensive attack if you're facing an oppenent you know nothing about, but use your instincts. If the situation calls for little force, do not use a lot of force. Respect shall be earned that way, even from rogues."[/color]

Snowflake's eyes glimmered with mischief. I won't, I promise. she laughed, nudging the she-cat. Then she raced back to the den, eyes glowing with delight. She said yes! She cried happily. She then helped him up. Where would you like to go? She asked him.
