"Ok." Deathwish nodded, then continued towards Littlesong. He paused a few metres away, shuffling his paws. "Uh...Littlesong? I-I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to offend you. I was just worried about Foxtail." He meowed uncertainly.

Young Moonkit overheard the slight commotion from the nursery and padded out to the scene to investigate the situation. "Mother," he mewed quietly, "what's all the commotion about? Why is your tail fluffed? What's wrong?" |

Cherrysmoke snorted before wheeling around and stalking back over to Dancingleaf. Seeing her son, she gave Moonkit a fierce lick between the ears. "Foxtail and Deathwish got hurt," she mewed simply. Turning to Dancingleaf, she asked; "How are you?" |
