Berryleaf rolled onto her back and sighed. A tear made it's way down her cheek. Her friend had love, but she didn't. It was hard, having once been a kittypet before joining the Clan.

Pansyleaf awoke, yawned, and blinked sleepily. The sun, shining in the den's opening, blinded her for a moment. When she could see once again, she looked around her. Berryleaf was rolled over on her side only a few fox-lengths away. Pansyleaf stood up andstretched blearily, gave her chest fur a few licks. Berryleaf didn't talk much. She'd been a kittypet. Pansyleaf didn't think much of the other warrior, bad or good. She was loyal enough and a fair hunter. Maybe she should get to know her better.
She padded over to the mottled she-cat, her light gray fur, once beautiful, shone in good health. She hoped she'd have many moons more of warriorship before she retired to the elder's den. Feverently, she shook the thoughts out of her head. She was almost forty moons too young for that. She meowed, "Berryleaf, do you want to go hunting? The fresh-kill pile is probably low."

Berryleaf heard a voice calling her name. She rolled over to see Pansyleaf. "Hunting? Oh, thaat would be great!" She jumped to her paws and swished her tail back and forth.

Pansyleaf smiled. " Okay, lets go!" She meowed, eyes glinting. The silver she-cat flicked her tail and motioned for Berryleaf to follow. She led the way out of camp with high spirits and a high tail, the sun warming her fur.[/font]
OOC: Post again, then to the Territories thread. I'll start the thread tommorow sometime in the afternoon.

Berryleaf was happy to have made a new friend. She padded behind Pansyleaf, her tail high with pride.
