Galeforce flicked his tail. He understood why she moved ahead. "Forget it..." he said and flciked his long grayish black tail. "It's not worth it..." He said and felt his sisteres pelt brush comfortingly against his. She licked his ear and the young tom sighed. He gasped as waves of frustration came of the she-cat in front of him.
Breezestealth flicked ehr tail and bounded up to her brother. She caught his words adn brushed her body agaisnt his. He accepted it well enough. She licked his ear and whispered to him. "I'm sorry Galeforce..." She said feeling the frustration came at her in waves from the she-cat in front of her. She sighed and looked at her brother her eyes dancing with wonder..."Why do you care for her so much...you know Ribbontail and Silverflame are her only loves..." She said glancing at her brother and hen at her paws.

Sunjinx felt tears spring to her eyes. They thought her so heartless. The ginger and white warrior felt a sudden pang of longing for her lost mate, and let one pearly tear fall. She ifled a laboured breath and moved onwards, her paws taking her on random routes. She wanted to be with Ribbontail, anyone, anyone who could make her feel whole again. It was as if a piece of her was missing, tossed away and hidden by Silverflame. Ribbontail was drifting away from her - she knew she couldn't baby her daughter anymore. Sunjinx sighed. She was an old, broken she-cat. Why couldn't she just accept that? |

Galeforce stared at his sister and then looked up to see a tear trace it's way down Sunjinx's beautiful face. "because I can't bear tyo see her hurting...I love her to much...It's not fair to her that Silverflame causes her so much hurt when he's not around..." He said and flicked his sister over the ear. Without another word he bounded forward following the random trail layed down by the tormented she-cat he loved. "Sunjinx...talk to me...please?" he cvalled trying to catch up to her.
Breezestealh watched her brother bound away. His words hung around her like a fog. He's right...he does love ehr to much to let her hurt...Starclan bless his heart... She prayed and sent a wave of support and love flowing from her toward both cats ahead of her. She continued on at a slow pace her ears forward and mouth agape following the fresh trail of both cats. Please Sunjinx...just listen to what he has to say.... She thought and flicked her tail.

Sunjinx heard Galeforce speaking with his sister behind her. She looked up at the stars. Why did StarClan send so much hurt down on her? She wished she could feel like she had with Snowpaw, and with Silverflame. But Snowpaw was dead and Silverflame was gone. Again. The ginger and white she-cat hastily scrubbed a paw over her eyes as she heard pawsteps quicken behind her. It was Galeforce. She turned to look at him, hoping her sadness did not show on her face. Looking at her paws, Sunjinx was silent for a moment. "I'm listening," her voice ws quiet. She tried not to let it wobble too much with the emotion that threatened to burst from her heart in a tidalwave. |

Galeforce flicked his tial and caught a hint of saddness in her eyes. "Sunjinx I'm sorry if i come off as if I don't care about how you feel...I do...I care about you alot...And I hate to see you so unhappy..." He paused and looked at his paws. He swolloed trying to quell the knot in his throat. "I'm sorry if I come off as a kit with a silly crush...but I'm not...I'm much more than that....I haev much more to show you...If I knew anyway to make you happy...anyway at all...even if it cost my life...I would o it...just to see you smile." He said adn looked at his paws.

[bic;] Sunjinx kept her gaze on Galeforce until he had finished speaking. She then looked down. The ginger and white she-cat's voice was soft. "Galeforce, I know how you must feel," she mewed. "But I have a mate.." She trailed off. Silverflame didn't exactly treat her like he loved her. "I still have a commintment to Silverflame.. But.. We can be friends? Right?" The she-cat hoped Galeforce wouldn't be upset by her words. It was the truth. She couldn't justr swan off with the first tom that took a fancy to her. She knew that having a mate was a serious thing. After losing Snowpaw, she had mistakenly fallen for Silverflame, who obviously didn't care about her.

Galeforce looked at her as she spoke. I have a mate he paused and flicked his long grey tail back and forth slowly. "Sunjinx...I know...I understand you have a mate...not that he treats you like one...I'm not asking you to leave him...I just...i want you to know I'm here if you ever...EVER need me..." he looked t his paws and his golden gaze lifted and he took her in. We can be friends right? She asked nad he smiled gentely. "I would be a fool to not wish to be friends with a beautiful wise shecat such as yourself." he said gentely and nudged her shoulder with his. He flicked his ears back hopeing he hadn't gone to far with that last gesture.

Sunjinx returned the smile. "Thankyou," she touched her nose to Galeforce's before stepping up her pace a little. She had a job to do. Talking was one thing, but she couldn't let herself be distracted from her duty completely. She sighed, knowing that her businesslike nature made many cats think she was self-centered and selfish, but in truth she just wanted to do the best she could. In everything. The ginger and white she-cat brushed her nose against a fern as she passed it. All seemed fine. She flicked her tail at the two warriors behind her. "We'd better renew the scents," she told them. "This is the MoonClan border. We'll return to camp afterward." |

A warm sensation began at Galeforce's nose tip and crawled it's way over his whole body. He purred lightly as she trotted ahead. That's just how she is...She likes to do ehr best...even at a basic patrol... he thought and fli cked his tail to his sister. "Alright." he said to Sunjinx and began renewing the scent every few paces along the border.
Breezestealth flicked her tail and bounded to catch up with her brother and Sunjinx. "So?" She asked padding beside her brotehr as the renewed scents. She looekd at his quizically. She watched as He shook his head and whispered softly. "I'll tell you later." She flicked ehr tial adn turned looking around to see what else she could do to help renew the scent.

Sunjinx brushed her pelt against trees and bushes, masking the forest scents with her own CloudClan scent. She rubbed her cheeks against leafs and bark, leaving behind tiny, pale hairs. The ginger and white she-cat passed her rose pink tongue over a couple of small leaves, then fluffed out her fur. She watched Galeforce and Breezestealth for a moment. She smiled. She had been mistaken about the young siblings. They were good warriors, and they could only get better with age. She looked up at the light blue sky, her smile not yet vanishing. Perhaps, one day, her awkward like of Galeforce might transform to something more...? She had no way of knowing. At least, not yet.
[ooc;] The cat in my signature, Tansypaw, is Sunjinx's grand daughter. Ribbontail's having kits with Cloakedclaw, but Tansykit's blind. |

Galeforce finishe up to the edge of the territory and flicked his tail to his sister. The pair trotted back their paces matching seemlessly. Glaeforce smiled as he looked at Sunjinx. I wish i knew what she was thinking. he thought and shook his head. "Beautiful day isn't it?" He asked looking up at the blue sky. His eyes danced with the beauty reflected in them and he smiled as his sister batted his tial. "Come on...lets head back to camp." Breezestealth mewed and turned toward camp.

Sunjinx nodded briskly. "Yes. Let's go." The she-cat flicked her tail at the younger warriors, and set off back towards the CloudClan camp. She wanted to speak to Ribbontail. She hadn't seen her daughter in the warriors' den last night, and she was worried about her. Sighing, Sunjinx realised she had to let Ribbontail go. She was an adult now. She wasn't the same little silver kit that squirmed at her belly many moons ago. Sunjinx narrowed her green eyes, picking up her pace nonetheless. She scented the air. The sounds of the river filled her ears, and her paws hit the damp bank as she reached it. Twitching her ears, Sunjinx slid into the water. She swam easily over the calm water, pulling herself out the other side. She shook her thick pelt dry, then turned her neck to watch for Breezestealth and her brother. |

((hehe...here we go with the river again.....))
Galforce and his sister trotted confidently after Sunjinx and smiled at eachother. Their paws hit the ground simultainiously and they slid into the river their fur brushing and their paws churning the water easily. They slipped out and stood on either side of Sunjinx.With nothing more then a glance the pair pressed their soaked pelts against hers and laughed. THey slipepd away and shook themselves dry. Galeforce was the first to speak. "I'm sorry Sunjinx...It was the perfect opportunity...." he said and his eyes shone with amusement. Breezestealths eyes danced and she dipped ehr ehad. "Yes...I'm sorry...but...it was to perfect to pass up!" She siad her mouth opening in a deep laugh.

Sunjinx frowned angrily at them, but their youthful excitement made her purr with amusement. "Stop behaving like kits and get in camp," she mewed, her voice stern. But their was a good natured gleam in her eye. The ginger and white warrior padded into the camp, shaking her wet whiskers. Spotting her young dauhter Ribbontail she ran over to her.
