The lithe form of a feline slid carefully along the crags and cracks of the small cliff, making it's way up slowly. She moved quietly along, her paw steps hidden by the rich thunder of the waterfall that was just below her. Her body was covered in rich creams and splatters of brown and her kit-soft fur rippled in the breeze. Butterflypaw was becoming quite she she-cat, her limbs where getting longer and her body was growing neater. Swishing her long tail she climbed up over the final rock and sat by the border of SerenityClan. Praying to herself she hoped that Octoberpaw would show upto see her, she needed to check and see how her darling kittens were getting along. So far she'd heard nothing of Barelykit or Hyenakit and it was worrying her.

A sensitive hazel nose lifted to scent the winds. Octoberpaw was not taking any more chances, after his near-capture crossing BrightClan territory. Behind him, he heard a small squeal, and turned to nudge his kits, Barleykit and Hyenakit, along. He sighed, ruffling out the fur on his broadening shoulders. At ten moons, he was becoming a lean, strong, handsome tomcat, his grey-brown tabby coat sleek with the new prey of newleaf. Octoberpaw rejoiced as he fresh scent of his mate, Butterflypaw, reached him. He hurried on, and when he caught sight of his mate, pressed his muzzle against her's. "Butterflypaw," he purred. Even his voice had changed in the moons since he had seen his mate; it was deeper, and more mature. The small ginger tomcat stumbled after his father, grumbling to himself. "Father, why must we go so far? I was having a good dream when you woke me." The little ginger tomkit lifted his nose obnoxiously.
