Midnightsky had always come here. It was his favourite place. But now, it felt like nothing to him. It reminded him too much of Snowstorm. How could she just die? She left him, and everything they had, behind. He lay his head unto his paws, thinking. Life just picks some cats at random, and Snowstorm had to be one of them. He knew it wasn't her fault, but he couldn't get over her death. He needed to move on. But sadness was holding him back. He loved her, he loved her to death. And now his brother had kits, and he was left mateless. He hung his head low, and grieved.

This is the story of a girl, Who cried a river and drowned the whole world! And while she looked so sad in photographs, I absolutely love her, When she smiles...
Shadows plagued the form of another making its way across unknown terrain. Silver spheres peers out from within the darkness where she remained. She ought not to be here, but yet, she was. She did now follow the wills of Clans, one had slaughtered all she cared about, and why? Just because they weren't part of a Clan, they weren't even on Clan territory at the time. Her hatred for Clans had stayed the same, she had gotten through life on her own, she made it this far alone, and she wasn't going to give up that fight now, not when she had finally adjusted. Loneliness bothered her little by now and she still didn't know if she wished to be around anyone. But that decision had to be made by her someday, and she knew this, she just didn't want to.
She stepped forth out of the shadows to reveal a jumble of ebonite, tangerine, chocolate and new fallen snow. She watched the CloudClan warrior grieve, she knew the feeling, whether loosing someone, something or just being hated and outcast, she knew the feeling and none could deny it, her life hadn't been a walk in the park, but she wouldn't want it to have been so soft footed, what doesn't kill us will make us stronger. Or so she saw it in her own eyes. She spoke after a moment and her tones were neither harsh nor comforting What troubles you so that you stand here in this way? she asked quite clearly. Not that she really cared but it was rather annoying to see him moping around like he was due to die any second now. She hardly ever showed emotion, even now her eyes showed nothing, only the reflection of those looking into them, as if she was lifeless.
This is the story of a girl; Her pretty face she hid from the world! And while she looks so sad and lonely there, I absolutely love her, When she smiles... [/color]

Midnightsky did not notice the she-cat standing there. When he heard her voice though, he looked up. Rage filled his eyes. "What do you care!?" He demanded. Then he sniffed the air. "You are a loner!" His fur fluffed out. "What rights give you to be here?" Then he shrank. "I'm sorry...." He muttered. "I've lost so many.... I'm too scared to even think..."

I hitched a ride, until the coast To leave behind, all of my ghosts Searching for something, I couldn’t find at home
Can’t get no job, can you spare a dime? Just one more hit, and I’ll be fine I swear to God, this’ll be my one last time!
She stared at him blankly and waited for his spazz to end then spoke clearly with amusement beginning to flicker in her gaze How very observant of you, but that was a rather rude greeting I must admit she replied to the warrior, he looked relatively pathetic quivering there. Her gaze never left him, he mentioned loosing so many and she knew how it felt. She looked away for a moment as if thinking about something but looked back to him, somewhere deep down she felt sympathy for him but it did not show through. The life of an outcast had conditioned her well to withstand the elements, and she was fit enough to be a warrior. She waited for his answer, she had not talked to anyone in such depth for a while now. She wondered why this was but had little time to ponder over such a silly thought. Why? She would probably never see him again anyways so it wouldn't matter.
In a crooked little town, they were lost and never found Fallen leaves, fallen leaves, fallen leaves… on the ground Run away before you drown, or the streets will beat you down Fallen leaves, fallen leaves, fallen leaves… on the ground
When it gets dark, in Pigeon Park Voice in my head, will soon be fed By the vultures, that circle round the dead
Not only had MoonClan slaughtered all she ever had, but wolves also took her best friend Ferrishyn. She remembered it so well as if it were only yesterday. All the howling, bloodshed and confusion, was overwhelming. She shuddered slightly but regained her consciousness quickly. She took to looking past him, as if looking right through him like he wasn't even there rather then at him, She suddenly felt lost, why had he been able to trigger a long lost feeling? She was confused by such a sudden emotion. Her gaze refocused on him almost questioningly, what was so important and special about him? Why did she feel the need to comfort him? She shook her head slightly, why? This was frustrating, she had never seen, met or even heard of him before so why should she care? Compassion was such a waste of time it only softened you to venerability.
In a crooked little town, they were lost and never found Fallen leaves, fallen leaves, fallen leaves… on the ground Run away before you drown, or the streets will beat you down Fallen leaves, fallen leaves, fallen leaves… on the ground
I never once thought, I’d ever be caught! Staring at sidewalks, hiding my track marks! I left my best friends, or did they just leave me?

Midnightsky looked at the she-cat. "Well, what ARE you doing here anyways?" He asked her clamly, forcing down all the thoughts of Snowstorm. He looked her up and down. Definetly a loner. "Do you have a family?" He asked her. Midnightsky's mind flew to Icelily and Skytomb. He knew they were getting old, and he couldn't deal with their deaths. So he hardened his look at this loner. He wasn't about to let her see his soft side.

She looked at him silently for a moment before speaking I don't think its really any of your business, but if you must know I'm on a...stroll I guess you might say she responded in tones a little more friendly then before. To stop living up to life's expectations, stop stressing and just calm ones self to a point of no return. To be unaware of ones surroundings, almost trance like and mesmerized. For one cannot truly be themselves without but a little self enjoyment. For relaxing and stress are like a kind word to a whiplash. A difference easily recognized by many, if not all. To feel the wrath of time loosen its grip to a gentle hold upon ones mind. For life is but time itself and easily to be overcome. Justice be done, all living, breathing souls should have time of their own for ones mind is but one thing no other can lay hands upon. A privacy and privilege to be given not stolen, or in ill use, and hers was fragile.
She looked at him and spoke quietly No. her reply came sharp yet hardly audible. Nearby a monarch landed upon a porcelain daisy swaying in the breeze to what almost seemed a dance. As yet another dagger planted itself upon the ground it took flight as was joined but another. A field of yellow lay ahead, every group of yellow flowers seemed to have its own personality, every group looked different, some swaying, some drooping and others mismatched in different sizes. The rolling hills seemed to have repelled the over growth to an extent. Emerald clashed with yellow and soon split itself to an azure liquid, the crystal washed upon the shore gently.

Midnightsky looked at her. "The name's Midnightsky, incase you were wondering," He meowed. "So you're on a stroll, eh? Would you like to come to our camp and join our clan?" He asked her.

She had allowed her gaze to wander away but whipped her head around to look at him she did not tell him why she hated Clans, she didn't even mention the fact that she hated them. Enigma, and I suppose so, not that I expect to be accepted she replied using softer tones hen she had spoke with in quite a while. Why had he caused such a dramatic change in her? How could he allow her to see differences and that maybe she wasn't alone when it came to such a loss. She had absently been pondering the thought throughout the conversation. She felt different with him now then she had around anyone else, that she could remember. She did not know the reason for this. She intended to know but it may never happen. From what she had experienced from clans loners where hated. She expected such ridiculing.
She relaxed slightly and went less tense then she had been, it was clear he posed no threat to her, right now anyways. Such kindness and caring had not been showed to her in quite a while, so she rebelled against them all. Truly she had not only been on a stroll, completely anyways. She had other motions but they were quite unimportant at the moment. It probably would have been different had he been from MoonClan, but she could hold no grudge against CloudClan for something another Clan had done, although her mind wished it, her conscious said otherwise.
